For those who may need to work while on vacation, the home features cable/800mbps WiFi, this service can run up to 12 devices simultaneously and 2 SMART TV's for your streaming services (cable is not provided). The complex has parking onsite for 2 cars with additional overflow parking if needed. Added Bonus, the owner provides one on-street parking permit for the City of Rehoboth your use for the week. The unit is right across the street from the pool, tennis courts and playground. Canal Pointe is located East of Rt-1, with 2 pools, tennis courts, playground and clubhouse. Enjoy direct access to the Breakwater Junction bike trail and a short bike ride to the Rehoboth beach & boardwalk. You're minutes away from retail shopping & restaurants on Coastal Highway (Rt-1). The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $231.00.

We had a nice week, even during the hurricane weather disruption. Very comfortable place to lounge and gather for dinner and games.

This was a great 3 br condo with amenities, and close to the beach and restaurants.

Overall, the visit was great! The location was great and we had the best weather. The parking pass for Rehoboth was great to have as well. The only issue we had was that a week or so before we arrived we were advised of deck construction that was going to start. As the unit was on the first floor and they were working on the deck just above the unit it was very noisy and the staging of the materials and equipment was right outside the unit. That was not pleasant.
