About this house rental
DOG FRIENDLY and Oh So Comfortable and Spacious! In the pool and tennis community of Grande at Canal Pointe in Rehoboth, this town home is beautifully furnished and well equipped. Sleeping 8 with 2 living areas on the main floor, 1 living area on the 1st FLR, 3 spacious bedrooms, and 3 1/2 baths. There are also 2 outdoor spaces; a deck and a patio. The garage offers storage for your bikes and beach chairs and even has a shower to rinse of the sand from the humans and the dogs after the beach! Have a rainy day? There are 5 Smart TVs for binge-watching on those days! Just a short walk to the community pool, fitness center and tennis court! The community is conveniently located right next to the Rehoboth-Lewes bike trail system. (Bikes in photo are NOT available for guest use). There is a bedroom and full bath on the first level and two additional bedrooms on the third level. Close to Outlet Shopping, Restaurants, Walking Trails and Basketball courts too! Up to 2 Dogs permitted with $300 minimum pet fee per dog and addendum. Breed restrictions may apply. Bonus: There is no guest cleaning fee with this property AND the owner graciously supplies 1 Rehoboth Beach Parking Permit for your use.
Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Had everything we needed but disappointed we had to pay extra for linens and provide our own toilet paper and paper towels (we did find some as we were leaving)Overall would stay here again

The rental experience was great from start to finish. Clear checkin and check out process. The townhouse was gorgeous and super clean when we arrived; plenty of room for an adult family of 5. Beautiful complex to bike, walk, etc. We enjoyed the pool. If you would like to play pickleball or basketball, make sure to bring your own equipment; we didn’t know this so unfortunately didn’t play. My only complaint was although close to the boardwalk mileage-wise it was a little too far to walk back and forth. Parking is tough down by the boardwalk, so this was challenging. Overall, a really nice experience!
