OVERVIEW: Welcome to The Grande at Canal Pointe! Beautifully appointed three-bedroom plus den, private home with two bathrooms, and sleeps eight comfortably. Beautifully decorated great room w/ fireplace, hardwood flooring, open floor plan, and comfortable furnishings. A completely open floor plan allows you to cook in this gorgeous gourmet kitchen and still entertain. The kitchen offers GE appliances, five burner stove top, and double refrigerator doors. The primary bedroom is located on the bottom level w/a queen bed and a huge spa-like bathroom with an amazing shower, and a double vanity sink. Two more bedrooms on the first level w/ a queen bed and two twins. The den offers a pull out, queen bed. The dining area will accommodate six people, plus three at the breakfast island.
AMENITIES: Full washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, double car garage, rear patio, grill, and community amenities.
LOCATION: Welcome to The Grande at Canal Pointe community! Beautifully landscaped community, picturesque walking paths throughout the community, East of Rt. 1, less than 2 miles from our famous Rehoboth Beach & Boardwalk, a leisurely bike ride to downtown, and even closer to the tax-free Tanger Outlets. The first of two community pools (Pools are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day), clubhouses, and gyms are just steps away from the home. That is right; this community has two pools, gyms, and clubhouses. There is a fenced-in playground available with tennis & basketball courts. Access the Junction and Breakwater bike trail is located across from the community entrance. Bike downtown Rehoboth Beach to enjoy the area's finest restaurants, relax on the beach, or enjoy the boardwalk.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. We do not rent for less than seven nights. Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a linen rental package to guests. No pets and no smoking. Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the "Damage Waiver"). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We enjoyed this property very much. It was clean and spacious and had many of the amenities that made for a lovely and relaxing vacation. The proximity to various attractions was great and it was relaxing to have a warm and inviting space to come back to at the end of the day.
One thing to note- the liner in the blue bathroom shower was horribly moldy. It is a minor thing but I did want to note it so you can replace it for your next guests.
I would absolutely come back to this vacation home or recommend it to a friend. Thank you!
