Welcome to 19484 Manchester Drive – The Grande at Canal Pointe!
Experience the best of coastal living in this beautifully appointed three-bedroom plus den private home, featuring two full bathrooms and comfortable accommodations for up to eight guests. Designed with relaxation and entertaining in mind, the open-concept great room includes a cozy fireplace, gleaming hardwood floors, and stylish, comfortable furnishings.
The gourmet kitchen is a dream for any cook, offering GE stainless steel appliances, a five-burner stovetop, and a double-door refrigerator. The open layout allows you to prepare meals while still being part of the conversation. The primary suite, located on the main level, features a queen bed and a luxurious spa-inspired bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. Two additional bedrooms are also on the first level—one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds—plus a den with a queen pull-out sofa, perfect for extra guests. The dining area seats six comfortably, with three additional spots at the breakfast island.
Enjoy all the conveniences of home, including a full-size washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, a double car garage, a rear patio with a grill, and access to outstanding community amenities. Guests can take advantage of two community pools (typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day), two clubhouses, two fitness centers, a fenced-in playground, and tennis and basketball courts.
The location couldn't be better! The Grande at Canal Pointe is a beautifully landscaped community situated east of Route 1—less than two miles from the iconic Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk. You're just a short bike ride to downtown Rehoboth and even closer to the tax-free Tanger Outlets for shopping, or the many restaurants along Route 1 offering everything from casual bites to fine dining. The Junction and Breakwater Trail is located just across from the community entrance, making it easy to enjoy scenic bike rides or walks straight into downtown Rehoboth Beach.
Please note that no high-risk or special event reservations are permitted. This home requires a minimum stay of seven nights. Linens are not included, but a linen rental package is available. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
This exceptional home is available to book year-round and is perfect for multi-generational family vacations, holiday getaways, or corporate retreats. We enjoyed this property very much. It was clean and spacious and had many of the amenities that made for a lovely and relaxing vacation. The proximity to various attractions was great and it was relaxing to have a warm and inviting space to come back to at the end of the day.
One thing to note- the liner in the blue bathroom shower was horribly moldy. It is a minor thing but I did want to note it so you can replace it for your next guests.
I would absolutely come back to this vacation home or recommend it to a friend. Thank you!
