DOG FRIENDLY & MINI-WEEKS! Fabulous townhouse in the pool community of Rehoboth Crossing is perfectly situated to enjoy the charms of Rehoboth Beach . . . and it's dog friendly! If you stay for 7 or more nights, enjoy a 10 - 20% discount too! Sleeping 9, this spacious and comfortably furnished 3 level home offers 3 Bedrooms, all with en-suite baths. The first floor offers a queen bedroom with a patio, the 2nd floor has a large living area & screened porch; the 3rd floor offers another queen room with deck, and a bedroom with 2 sets of bunks for the kids! All bedrooms have smart TVs for binge-watching your favorites if you get a rainy day. The Smart TV in the living room also has cable! When not working out in the community fitness center, taking a dip in the community pool or at the beach, you can hop on the bike trail with the bikes provided in the garage . . . or walk to the boardwalk, the many unique boutiques and restaurants of Rehoboth Beach. Rehoboth Crossing is also just a stone's throw from Rehoboth's outlet malls... you have to love Delaware's tax free shopping!
Guests pay a $175 cleaning fee for all stays under 7 nights and a minimum $300 pet fee if bringing a dog and $150 pet fee for additional dog (2 max). Breed restrictions may apply. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

The property was very nice and spacious. The only issues were, very small ants in the kitchen by the sink and the view off the decks unfortunately wasn’t the best because there was some kind of a construction equipment yard right behind the unit.That being said we would still stay there again.

We had a great time. However, the a/c broke while we were there and we were without for 1 1/2 days. Also, the washer and dryer were broken so we couldn't wash any clothes or towels. They had ants and I told the rental agency, but they did nothing about it.
