A screened porch is off the living area and a garage to store your beach items, also Charge point Electric Vehicle Charger that is compatible with all electric vehicles (an adapter may be required). Second floor has a Sleeping Loft with a Trundle Bed and 2 bedrooms that are adjoined with a full bath and private vanity areas (Jack & Jill bathroom)and each has a queen sized bed. Ensuite bedroom has a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a large doorless walk in shower including a rain shower, an enormous walk in closet and private deck off the bedroom. A short walk to the beach and boardwalk and beautiful Silver Lake.
NO BEACH WEEK OR GRADUATION CELEBRATIONS ARE PERMITTED. GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE ( FOR VRBO RENTALS). DOG ALLOWED WITH ADDITIONAL $300 DOG FEE PER STAY.
