Welcome to 37323 Trent Court, located in the desirable Grande at Canal Pointe community. This beautifully appointed three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath townhome comfortably accommodates up to ten guests and is thoughtfully designed to provide a relaxing, upscale vacation experience.
The home is fully equipped for a stress-free stay and features upgraded appliances, granite countertops, rich hardwood flooring, custom built-in cabinetry, tasteful décor, and three separate sitting areas that allow guests to spread out and unwind. The ground level includes a private bedroom, a full bathroom, and access to a rear patio complete with a propane grill. The second level serves as the main living space, offering a spacious living room, dining area, an additional sitting area, and access to a charming balcony with tranquil pond views. On the third level, you will find two primary bedrooms, each offering comfort and privacy, along with a generously sized, spa-like bathroom.
The Grande at Canal Pointe is a beautifully landscaped community with picturesque walking paths throughout. Conveniently located east of Route 1, the home is less than two miles from the iconic Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk, an easy bike ride to downtown, and even closer to the tax-free Tanger Outlets. Guests will enjoy exceptional community amenities, including two swimming pools, two clubhouses, and two fitness centers, all just steps from the home. The community also offers a fenced-in playground, tennis courts, and basketball courts. For outdoor enthusiasts, the Junction and Breakwater Bike Trail is located directly across from the community entrance, providing a scenic route to downtown Rehoboth Beach, where you can enjoy top-rated restaurants, relax on the beach, or stroll the boardwalk.
Parking is convenient with a private driveway that accommodates up to four vehicles. Please note that linens are not provided, though a linen rental package is available. Reservations must be for a minimum of seven nights. Pets and smoking are not permitted. Great spot. Great kitchen and supplies, garage has bikes and pool/beach toys, chairs, etc. Pool is great, although no kiddie pool. The only thing I would recommend is a deep clean of the carpet or a new carpet and new mattresses. They are too soft. We had a great time there!

Nice place. We usually try new rentals out each year, but we are considering going back to this one next year. Spacious and nice.

Size of the property was great. Location was great. The unit needs some updates and a thorough cleaning. The beds are very uncomfortable.
