The ground level features a primary bedroom with a queen bed, single bunk beds, an en-suite (shower), and a patio. Located on the second floor, the main living area has a large, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats three. The open concept provides perfect sightlines to the dining and living areas and the TV. The dining table accommodates up to six, with four in the eat-in kitchen. Plenty of space to enjoy family dinners. Off the living room is a three-season room, which adds extra space for relaxing after a long day at the beach and foosball. The top floor has two large primary bedrooms. One has a queen bed and an ensuite, and the second primary has two queen beds and an ensuite.
LOCATION: Easy bike ride to downtown Rehoboth Beach! This unit is within walking distance of the Big Fish Grill and Arena, two local favorites for dining.
PARKING: There is parking for four cars, one in front of the garage, garage, and two overflow spots with a community parking permit.
AMENITIES: Gas grill, rear patio with seating, washer and dryer, ceiling fans, a lovely three-season room with foosball, and wi-fi.
THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package to guests. Parking is very strict! No smoking and no pets.
