GREAT VALUE & RATES! Beautiful single family home on quiet cul-de-sac in the community of Grande at Canal Pointe. This home offers 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths, a garage with electric car charging outlet, bikes, beach chairs and beach toys included. If you might enjoy coffee on the front porch and dinner on the back porch - this is the place for you. There is a bedroom with en suite on the main level with a queen sized bed. The lovely primary bedroom is on the second floor with private soaking tub and shower. Three additional bedrooms are on the second level as well. Working remotely? There is an office right on the main level which also has a couch and a table perfect for puzzling on a rainy day or playing board games. If you have a cloudy day, you'll love the smart TVs with Roku to stream your favorites. The large dining room table seats 10 so everyone has a place at the table. Right off the kitchen is a secluded screened porch overlooking a preserved area with beautiful mature trees where you can sometimes hear frogs chirping on a warm summer night. Grande at Canal Point offers 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball courts and clubhouse with gym. Only 1 mile into Rehoboth so you can walk or bike into town or the beach. Vacationing with multiple families? Rent 37387 Oxford Court as well; just steps away on the cul-de-sac and also sleeping 10. No Pets or Smoking Please. 4 Adult and 1 Child Bike provided, also 2 - 4 Beach Chairs available (quality and quantity not guaranteed). Travel Insurance OPTIONAL.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).

This is a gorgeous, spacious home in a beautiful community, just a few minutes drive from Rehoboth Beach. The house was more than comfortable for 6 adults and one toddler. We were fortunate to have such a wonderful place to stay, as the weather presented a challenge. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

the house is great better in person than when viewed online. the amenities were just as explained on the web site. We had a great time the house is spacious and beautiful. the pool and community recreation was a short walk from the house and a great feature.
