IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:
7 nights minimum preferred, but shorter stays permitted

No Smoking and/or Vaping Allowed

Check-out 10:00am SHARP! No exceptions.
Linens, bath towels, and beach towels package is available for purchase at an additional cost $277.20. If you choose not to purchase the package, we kindly ask that you bring your own linens, bath towels, and beach towels.
Guests are asked to supply their own paper products (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, etc.) they may need during their stay. Guest are also to supply their own laundry soap and dryer sheets.
Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 8:00AM. Excessive noise during these hours are subject to a fine from the HOA
Home is equipped for streaming using your personal accounts. Please note that cable TV is not available.
There are security cameras, which have audio and video monitoring, on the exterior of the property only.
Strict Minimum Age & Occupancy Policy:
The person making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age, must be a registered guest, and must remain in the property for the entire stay. No exceptions. We do not rent to groups consisting of or organized for guests under 25, including but not limited to senior week, prom-related stays, college gatherings, birthday parties, or similar events. Third-party bookings, chaperoned stays, or “drop-off” arrangements are prohibited. Any misrepresentation of age, occupancy, or purpose of stay will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund and may require guests to vacate the property.
PARKING:
Parking Lot - No assigned parking, first come first serve.
TRASH:
Trash bins out in parking lot.
Must follow the rules on the signs at the bins.
No trash of any kind outside of this area permitted.
