Pet-friendly and perfectly positioned just two miles from the famous Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, this tranquil three-story townhouse offers a one-of-a-kind coastal getaway close to everything. You'll be near restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets, and popular attractions like Jungle Jim's and nearby state parks, plus enjoy private community gate access to the Junction & Breakwater Trail (code provided).The ground level welcomes you with a charming foyer and a private primary suite featuring a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and a rear patio for relaxing outdoors. Head upstairs to the second level, where the main living space shines with a bright, open-concept layout that brings everyone together. Make memories in the sunny living room with a comfortable sleeper sofa and a large smart TV with streaming, then gather around the dining area or enjoy meals in the eat-in kitchen. Step out to the screened-in porch for morning coffee or evening downtime. The place was very well appointed and clean. It is a great place for a family tasty. We enjoyed the pool too. Th only negative was the noise in the day from the traffic off the main highway. It was quieter at night though. we liked that it was also close to food and things to do. There is a nice trail that you get access to.

We’ve stayed in the Crossing community several times as we enjoy the proximity to everything. It’s a short drive to the beach, restaurants and the Tanger outlets. This unit was located very close to the pool which was ideal.The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and dish ware. It was decorated nicely and comfortable.overall, a very nice rentalA few comments for possible improvement… the first floor bedroom and the second bedroom did not have any type of dresser or chest of drawers for your clothes. While ample closets, it was difficult living out of a suitcase. Also, the garage was not usable to store all the beach equipment. Hooks on the bathroom doors or walls would be good to hang your towels, clothes

It was wonderful. The location was a great spot. Very close to everything i needed. I could even walk to the beach but I drove. I had a little difficulty with locking the door but, I figured it out with the help of my son. I would have liked to have a deadbolt on the door.

The townhome itself was great and each bedroom having its own ensuite bathroom was ideal. The location was good with lots of shops around. We never had an issue with Ubers or getting stuck in beach traffic. We left for the beach by 9:45am each day and had no problem finding parking at the beach.
A few negatives:
- The washing machine in the rental was broken. The machine only filled up with water and never completed a full cycle.
- The fridge took a full entire day to cool.
- We were not able to control the thermostat to go under 72 degrees.
- The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it when we arrived.
- The REMAX property management team was nearly impossible to get in touch with. Over the course of a couple months between the time I booked the reservation to my actual reservation period, I called with questions and never once got a call back. I only got in touch with someone at REMAX after three, four, five attempts at calling and someone eventually picked up. When we arrived at the townhome, I called REMAX with some of the concerns stated above (I also called about sand on the floor and the couch). I eventually spoke to someone at REMAX the next day and we were able to clear up all the issues. REMAX sent over a cleaning crew to the house, but did not ask if me if I was okay with that. Personally, I would have liked to be asked by REMAX if it was okay if a cleaning crew could come over and enter the house or at the very least, be given a heads up.
