About this house rental
Feel at home while your on vacation. Enjoy the Master BR with King bed, 2nd BR with queen bed and the 3rd floor loft with one queen and 2 bunk beds. There are 2 full baths and an outdoor tiled shower. The beach vibe decor will help you relax in the open living room, dining area and kitchen. The large sectional provides plenty of seating. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or grill on the patio. You can eat outside on the new upgraded patio or inside at the large table. There are 2 reserved parking spaces in front of the unit and extra parking nearby. It’s perfect for a maximum of 6 adults or up to 8 people with children.

Everything about this property is as listed! The host is excellent with communication and fast responses. The walk into town or to the beach is truly just a little over a mile through nice neighborhoods! This is the 3rd summer we have stayed here and we truly enjoy the time! The on-site property manager is kind and checks in a couple times to make sure everything is going well so if there are any issues they could be taken care of so you can enjoy your vacation! Highly recommend!!

One of the best vacations ever! This rental was a smooth easy process from beginning to end. Perfect place to stay and enjoy the beach and the boardwalk and everything else in between. Clean and really nice atmosphere.

The location is great- we walked to the boardwalk and into town without having to drive through traffic. The house is very nice overall. The kitchen was spacious. Two things that might be important for other folks to know prior to booking are:1 The first floor bathroom is small with no counter space. It is updated, clean and neat, but just very small. A larger person may be uncomfortable in the shower as well. 2 If you are up with the sun, you will be fine and happy that the gorgeous ,tall, peak windows are uncovered in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The lower windows have shades- so yes, there is plenty of privacy. However, If you want to sleep in, bring a sleep mask. We did not use the patio or outdoor shower, but they looked very nice. Communication with Rob was efficient and respectful. We enjoyed our short stay.

This is a top notch property. The pictures and description match the posting 100%. The place was clean, the kitchen fully stocked and the house had everything we needed for our stay. We drove to the beach and used the ParkMobile parking app to park and add time if needed. We also visited Cape Henlopen State Park and Lewes which were both within twenty minutes of the property. Thank you, Rob for providing a lovely place for me, my wife and teenage daughter to have a beach vacation. P.S. The Delaware beaches are beautiful!!!
