Welcome to the “Blue Pearl" in the beautiful Oyster Bay community of Rehoboth Beach, DE. The townhome is conveniently located just off Rt. 1, just 2 miles to the beach. Enjoy 4 large bedrooms, a full kitchen, open living space perfect for family gatherings. After a long day riding waves, come home, grill out and enjoy the sunset on the screened in porch.

The space
The Blue Pearl has 4 bedrooms*, 3 bathrooms and a screened in porch. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials - stove, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, wine fridge, coffee bar with both a drip and Keurig coffee maker.
Bring your kids without lugging all the baby gear - we offer a highchair, PacknPlay, foldable changing table and bottle warmer for guests to use.
Feel free to use our beach essentials (2 beach chairs, blanket, beach toys) to start off your vacation right. Want to relax by the nearby community pool instead ? Take advantage of our pool towels and let the kids blow of some energy with our pool floats!
We are dog friendly (under 30 lbs and with prior approval), so bring your furry friend and avail yourself of our doggy welcome kit (feeding bowls, poop bags, doggy towel). Our community has poop bag stations and there a trails along the canal to walk your best friend !
Free parking for 2 cars directly out front of the home. Easy to unload the car! Further visitor spots are available a couple houses down. To get around town, you can also rent a bike from one of the nearby shops!
*Guests are responsible for bringing linens. We provide towels, blankets, and pillows.

This was the perfect sized townhome for our family vacation AND had great proximity to the beach. They do not provide beach passes however we were able to procure spits cloae to the beach at the beginning of the boardwalk and pay by meter. The townhome itself definitely needed a deep clean, air vents were Very dusty, sand was everywhere inside the laundry room, and the appliances in the kitchen were not kept (as in the toaster, coffee maker). But overall it honestly was perfect. we all had our own space and they were pet friendly! The pool was close by for the days that we could not get to the beach with our 5 month old daughter. month old

Our family of 4 enjoyed our 6 day stay in this spacious condo. The location is convenient and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Communication with host was fantastic and questions/concerns were addressed promptly.

The townhouse was great! Perfect for a large family! We used all 4 bedrooms. The pool is great! However, the cleaning service was terrible. The sink in the master bedroom was filthy, there were towels left in the dryer! The table in the living room was dirty! These should be clean. Would. ot use comforter since I did not know if it had been cleaned. There was no extra toilet paper. e had to buy it!
