Spacious and grand single family home. Located in the premier community of the Grande at Canal Pointe. This home has everything to make your vacation stress free and memorable. From the open and modern kitchen, to the amble seating for the family to enjoy time together. The kitchen and living area are open and spacious making this space perfect for family time. If you enjoy the fresh air, the deck is perfect for relaxing or sharing time with the family. Don't forget the families 4 legged member. Dogs are welcome with a $300 non-refundable pet fee, per pet.
The community is biking distance or a short drive to Rehoboth or Dewey Beach. With being less than 2 miles to the beach and boardwalk and the amble amount of restaurants and shops even closer, what more could you need? Did we mention the community pool, fitness center and tennis courts!
No worries about parking, there is parking at the house for 2 cars and the owner has provided one on street parking permit for Rehoboth Beach.
This home is available for all seasons and holidays. Have you ever spent the holidays at the beach, maybe this year! A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $201.00.

Bedding- 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen, 2 Singles
All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

We had a great vacation in this fabulous beach house! The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had plenty of space for our entire crew ( pup) and enjoyed our stay!

We have been staying at The Grande at Canal Pointe for years and this is our favorite home in the development. The house is equipped with everything - stocked kitchen / utensils, mini bar, beach chairs, paddle boards, bikes, firewood for the chiminea out back, even a mini fridge in garage. The layout is perfect for the whole family and the built in speakers are a huge hit. We will be back!

We had such a nice vacation here - the home is clean and comfortable. This is also a great location for visiting Rehoboth; it is a great neighborhood with pool access and a short drive to shops, boardwalk, and beach. Great fun and memories made!

Home was clean and lovely as described. Roomy with lots of space to relax. Neighborhood pools are great and within walking distance. A few upgrades would make this a fabulous rental: Kitchen cookware needs upgrading. Would be nice to have starter pack of toilet paper/hand soap as most rentals do often. Need better pillows and some blankets. On vacation it's nice to sleep in - but hard to do without any curtains [blinds do not keep out the morning sun]. Overall a really nice home with nice amenities! RENTED LINENS: Rental linens were sad - would have gladly spent that money to buy better ones at outlets.
