About this house rental
Welcome to Oyster Bay Getaway #2! You won’t beat this LARGE, centrally located 4br/3ba townhome in a gated community that features a community POOL and plenty of parking! Located between Rehoboth and Dewey Beach, and completely renovated with 4 bedrooms, 3 bath, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and an open floor plan. New furniture throughout, Smart TVs in all rooms, and plenty of upgrades for an enjoyable stay whether you’re stuck inside or just stopping in between enjoying the beach, local restaurants, or the other amenities the beaches have to offer.
Master suite has king sized bed, full bathroom with walk-in shower, large soaking tub, and large walk-in closet. Plenty of room for an air mattress or two in this oversized bedroom.
2 additional rooms upstairs, one with a bunk bed (twin over full), and another with an on-suite bathroom and queen sized bed.
Downstairs is another large bedroom featuring a queen sized bed, and attached full bath with tub and shower. Perfect for main floor living and families with children.
The large living room features a 65” TV and plenty of seating and floorspace. 4 barstools,l at the counter, plenty of room at the kitchen table, and a bar hutch make this open kitchen/living space perfect for entertaining and family getaways.
The finished, heated/cooled sunroom features its own entrance, additional seating, and is the perfect spot to store your beach gear. Unwind after a long day at the beach, take a zoom call in privacy, or sip a cocktail with your friends.
Plenty of parking and a gated community pool makes this one of the most convenient and sought after neighborhoods at the beach.

We loved staying in this townhome for our family getaway! We had 9 adults plus our dogs, and it was a perfect place to accommodate us. We loved the layout of the family room and kitchen/dining area. The bedrooms were all super comfortable, and these are probably the best beds we’ve ever slept on in a rental home. It was such a clean and comfortable home, and it is awesome that linens and towels are included. The kitchen had plenty of dish and silverware, but it’s light on cookware and there isn’t Tupperware or spices, so it’s not ideal for folks who want to come and cook a feast. We did carryout most of the time, so this had what we needed. The huge soaker tub for two in the master was heavenly! The community was also nice and quiet, and easy access to everything. You might think it doesn’t look like it’s good for walking to the beach, but I did it twice and loved it- it’s about 1.5 miles to Rehoboth. I can’t recommend this location highly enough, and Kyle was awesome and super responsive and flexible! Since he didn’t have back to back rentals, he was so cool and let us check in early and check out late. We will absolutely be back again for our next beach trip!

Our stay was made even better because of the comfortable accommodations. Almost everything we needed! Suggest broom and dustpan, cookie trays and a couple more dish towels, but everything else was great.

This home was absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location. Minuets from Rehoboth Boardwalk and Dewey Beach also. The house was very clean, decorated so nice and the beds were heavenly. We hated to leave this home and will absolutely return.
