Enjoy the best of Dewey Beach at this spacious coastal getaway just steps from the sand! Located steps from the beach, you can easily walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, mini golf, coffee shops, and all the fun Dewey has to offer. Relax on the rooftop deck with outdoor seating, grill out on the patio, or unwind by the fire pit after a beach day. This home also features 2 outdoor showers, parking, parking pass, and plenty of room for families and groups to spread out and enjoy the beach life!

The space
- All guests must be at least 25 years old, except for children with parents.

- Please note - Monthly discounts are not available during the summer season (May-Sept).

*DEL 302 Management standard:
-Linens and towels are included
-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.

- 3 bikes provided with helmets and locks - please use at your own risk and adhere to

- Driveway - up to 4 cars, and 2 behind them on the street blocking them in.
- 1 Dewey parking pass provided.
