About this house rental
Fabulous views of the canal from the decks! This spacious and comfortable townhouse in pool community has room for everyone, sleeping 12. Located just before the drawbridge into Rehoboth, you are a quick bike ride or walk into town to hit the beach, shops, restaurants or boardwalk. In addition to 5 private bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, this home offers lots of outdoor space as well to read, dine or enjoy a cocktail or coffee, offering 3 decks, patio and gas grill. If you don't feel like an ocean swim, the community pool is so convenient and just steps away! Home is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, 1 car garage and first floor bedroom and bath. A fabulous affordable home base for your Rehoboth Beach Vacation! NO SMOKING anywhere on the property, including decks. No Pets permitted, but owner has had a dog in the property. Guest pays $190.00 Cleaning Fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. We very much so enjoyed our stay here! The size was great for what we needed and everything worked out well! The one thing I did not like was the fact that it didn't come with linens and the up charges if you wanted them. We brought our own and it ended up working out but I just think the cost of you wanted them was crazy. We did enjoy the house very much though!

We arrived to find a paper back full of trash at the entrance. The property was not as clean as we had expected. There was dried food in the kitchen drawers. Dirt and crayon markings on the walls in the living room and on the steps leading to the third floor bedrooms. I didn’t expect to have to do a proper cleaning on the first day of vacation. The furniture was chipped in the primary bedroom and in the living room. The primary bathroom had empty water bottles in a drawer in the bathroom. Finally, the grill was not able to be used on the first night on account that the propane tank was empty and we could not remove it to replace. Thankfully, the management team came over quickly to asses and fix. The property is convenient to many of our favorite places. The pool was located right across the entrance, which was great for the children. However, there were empty beer cans and lids in and around the pool. We spent a significant amount of money to rent this space and were disappointed. In comparison to other properties in the area, for a few hundred dollars more we could have had a luxury space with a pool on site. Overall, the space needs some attention and the owners should invest on making some aesthetic changes.
