Come and experience a tranquil and unique getaway at this three-story townhouse located two miles away from downtown Rehoboth Beach and the ocean! This splendid home boasts a location like no other - you will be close to restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets, and great attractions like Jungle Jim's, Rehoboth Beach, Gordons Pond State Park Area, The Lewes Historical Society Main Campus, Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, and Funland. Enjoy beautiful walks and bike rides on the Junction and Breakwater Trail through the community’s private gate. In addition, you are granted access to a community outdoor pool and fitness center. The main floor is located on the second level, offering a welcoming open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Create everlasting memories in the sunny living area, furnished with comfy sofas and a large smart TV with streaming capability to keep everyone entertained during the stay. Attached to the living room is a screened balcony with a nice lounge area overlooking the shared grounds. Put on the chef's apron and prepare exquisite culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, which also includes a coffee grinder, ninja coffee maker, Keurig, and blender.
