About this apartment rental
Nicely decorated property, conveniently located in the center of Dewey Beach! We are located on the second floor of the Rainbow Cove condominium complex. This is a 3 bedroom condo, and includes a pull out sofa, which provides plenty of sleeping space.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, and a private full bathroom, bedroom #2 has a queen bed, bedroom #3 has a full/twin bunk bed. These rooms share a hallway bath. Flat screen TV's are located in the living room and master bedroom.
In an effort to keep our rental rates reasonable, we ask you to bring your own sheets and towels to this property. A contact number for a local sheet rental business will be provided with our check in information.
This is a pet friendly condo, our pet fee is $30 a day.
There is private parking for 2 cars in the carport, located underneath the condo. We have extra street parking passes for a additional fee.
The shady front porch is a great place to get out of the sun, relax, and enjoy reading a good book. This condo is equipped with WiFi and cable.
We also rent the property directly above this one, if you have extra family or friends that are looking for a place to stay. That property number is 421375

We had a great week in Dewey beach. The size of the condo, and parking under condo 9was tight to fit 2 cars but worked, and we were close to everything! The only 2 items I would suggest is the pots and pans need replaced-no matter what temperature we used along with non-stick spray, everything stuck fast. Also, the bed mattresses were not good, springs coming through the mattresses.

Great property in a great location! We decided to take a quick off-season trip with the kids off from school and this was a perfect spot. Easy walk to the beach, Starboard, the Coffee Mill, etc. and a nice parking spot off the street. The property itself was clean and bigger than it looks. The living room was perfect for family time at night and everyone was comfortable having their own bedroom space. Also, have to give a shout to Diane, who was so helpful and communicative throughout the process. She made everything very easy for us.
