About this apartment rental
Nicely decorated property, conveniently located in the center of Dewey Beach! We are located on the second floor of the Rainbow Cove condominium complex. This is a 3 bedroom condo, and includes a pull out sofa, which provides plenty of sleeping space.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, and a private full bathroom, bedroom #2 has a queen bed, bedroom #3 has a full/twin bunk bed. These rooms share a hallway bath. Flat screen TV's are located in the living room and master bedroom.
In an effort to keep our rental rates reasonable, we ask you to bring your own sheets and towels to this property. A contact number for a local sheet rental business will be provided with our check in information.
This is a pet friendly condo, our pet fee is $30 a day.
There is private parking for 2 cars in the carport, located underneath the condo. We have extra street parking passes for a additional fee.
The shady front porch is a great place to get out of the sun, relax, and enjoy reading a good book. This condo is equipped with WiFi and cable.
We also rent the property directly above this one, if you have extra family or friends that are looking for a place to stay. That property number is 421375

We had a great time, place was just as advertised, Dewey Beach isn't the most kid friendly place at night, but we worked around it and had a great week, would definitely go back, and would stay here again...
