About this apartment rental
This large and beautifully decorated is perfect for you and your extended family or friends. First floor includes a master bedroom suite, with a king and double bed. Enjoy the private deck out the sliding glass doors. Second floor has 3 bedrooms. A queen bed with a private bath and balcony. One bedroom with 2 singles shares a hallway bath and deck. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. The third floor is the living area. A large screen TV, with plenty of seating. There is a large dining area to enjoy large family dinners. The kitchen is well stocked. There is also a breakfast nook. Balconies off the front and back of the condo, gives you extra room to enjoy the beautiful weather. The forth floor has a king bed, a private bath with jetted tub. There is also a large deck off the back of the house.
I do not start or end rentals on Saturday. I offer weekend, long weekend and weekly rentals. For weekly rentals you can start on Friday or Sunday.
In an effort to keep our rental rates reasonable, we ask you to bring your own sheets and towels to this property. A contact number for a local sheet rental business will be provided with our check in information.

We can’t say enough positive things about this house and Dewey! The location is fantastic! Quick walk to all bars/restaurants but in a quiet neighborhood off the Main Street. There were 10 of us for a bachelorette weekend and we had plenty of space to relax and get ready. Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

The house was wonderful for a group vacation! Walkable to everything, and plenty of space for everyone to relax. The kitchen was well-equipped for us to cook and grill large meals. When one of the smoke detectors started beeping from a low battery, the host was extremely responsive to get it fixed. We would stay here again!

The place was very clean and tidy. The dryer wasn't working, but they were accommodating and allowed us to use the other unit's dryer.They have everything you need for a beach stay.

The good thing about this property is how close it is to the beach and restaurants , all walking distance.If you concerned about cleanliness…that’s another thing.Be careful trying to open the sliding doors screen, because probably they will fall down.If you want to do some barbecue… probably better bring your own discussing dirty.Over all just try to have a good time.
