About this apartment rental
118 Bellevue St is a second floor condo with water views of the bay. Wait until you see the captivating sunrise of sunset from the deck! In the heart of Dewey Beach, you'll be within walking distance to the beach and local hot spots!
There's free parking for 3 cars in the carport, underneath the condo. Easy walk to everything in Dewey, or catch the Jolley Trolley for the short ride to Rehoboth Beach. Extra bonus- an outdoor shower is also provided for washing off sand.

This property is located at the perfect location right in the middle of Dewey close to the bay and ocean. Parking is fantastic. The whole place was clean, tidy and comfortable. The balcony was great to relax on and they even had a gate, so we could make sure the dog stayed with us without having to be leashed. While being the top unit, I was a little nervous about the stairs, but there were zero issues. It even rained and they were not slippery. Would highly recommend this property!

This was a last minute "add" for a vacation, and it didn't disappoint. The condo was perfectly located for all of our beach activities. The neighborhood was quiet, and the owners were easy to contact and work with to help fix one item in a very prompt timeframe. We would certainly stay here again. So glad it was available!
