My first trip to Italy and a wonderful stay experience

The house is located at the top of the valley, it's far from public transportation. But we chose this place specifically for its natural setting. Our host, Mr Alessandra was incredibly kind. He transported us to many locations in his own car. So I invited him to Turkey because I couldn't reciprocate this hospitality. I can't describe how pleased we were

A beautiful villa and garden, over the clouds, surrounded by mountains with an amazing view to the snow white peaks and to the lake. The apartment was clean, well equipped, hosted by a very nice family. The only thing which has to be considered that the whole apartment is an open space, sleeping room separated by curtains. In return we had breathtaking panorama from every points of the house.😄

La vue est magnifique et le logement est spacieux pour deux familles avec des enfants. L'endroit est très propre. Nous avons également apprécié l'amabilité des propriétaires et leurs attentions envers nous. Pour le nouvel an, l'emplacement est idéal pour observer tous les feux d'artifices.

Tolle Unterkunft tolle Lage sehr ruhig sehr sauber gut Ausgestattet. Und die Aussicht ist absolut genial!! Die Besitzer vor Ort sehr nett.

Un alloggio perfetto, accogliente e di grande comfort.I materassi molto comodi,cucina attrezzata,due bagni con doccia, e tutto estremamente pulito. L'arredamento curato nei minimi dettagli e particolarmente caldo e raffinato.Alberto e Alessandra, due persone stupende e molto atente con noi.Tutto circondato da un giardino stupendo e con una vista spettacolare sull'lago di Lugano. Non ho esagerato in nessun modo e lo considero l'alloggio perfetto per una familia, oppure per dei amici che possono condividere un appartamento con dei spazi in comune.

Klassisch moderne und nicht nur der Ausblick ist Luxus.

Der Begriff Freienhaus (denn dass ist es für die Eigentümer) ist stark untertrieben. Aus Naturstein erbaut, modern, mit klassische Elementen steht es oberhalb des Luganer See's, mit tollen Blick auf diesen. Ursprünglich in 2 Einheiten erbaut, wurde nun eine Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss geschaffen, die an Raum und Austattung ihresgleichen sucht. Es ist "nur" einer, der sich auf 160m2 in mehrere Bereiche gliedert. Wohnen mit Couchen und TV. Im hinteren Bereich die offene Küche mit Esstisch. Großer Freiraum als Übergang zum offenen Schlafraum. Ein Doppelbett in einer großen Nische, mit Vorhang abgetrennt und eigenem Bad. Das andere direkt an der, über die gesamte Breite verlaufende Fensterfront, abgetrennt durch ein Regal. Das 2. Bad befindet am Essbereich. Beide Duschbäder sind voll ausgestattet und mediteran gestaltet.Die Küche ist modern und funktionell und voll sudgestattet. Die Möblierung ist gemischt, kein zusammengesammelter Ramsch, sondern viele Antiquitäten und Deko, mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten. Im gepflegten Garten sind Liegen und ein großer Tisch vorhanden. Es gibt eine Tischtenisplatte und einen Kicker. Das ist eine der besten Unterkünfte die wir hatten und unsere Empfehlung erhält.

Grundsätzlich passt alles. Kleinigkeiten gibt es immer mal. Aber darüber lässt sich mit dem Vermieter reden. In der Küche, haben wir, da wir auch kochen, ein paar Gerätschaften vermisst, z.B. eine richtige Kaffemaschine. In den Bädern gibt es wenige Ablagen und keine Haken für die Handtücher. Ein Sonnenschirm für die Terrasse, da man morgens dort in der prallen Sonne sitzt und das Frühstück vom Tisch läuft.
