Comfortable, spacious and well connected.

Well laid out - lots of space. Comfy beds. Clear instructions. 5 mins walk from the lake. Good public transport links.

Could do with more than one entrance key when there is more than one person or more visible key box. A few bits and pieces need attention - hanger holder in entrance cupboard, slightly chipped jug, non functioning washing up liquid holder. A couple more pillows?

The apartment was perfect: very clean, modern, and spacious, with a large balcony. The location is great, just a few steps from a beautiful lakeside walk, relaxing and panoramic. All the information provided was clear and useful, making everything easy. We stayed here for our son’s move to Losanne (he will start a Master at EPFL) and we’ll definitely book again in the future. Highly recommended!

Lots of space. Well laid out. Easy to access. Perfect location for our needs and discovered a beach on the lake 5 minutes away which as a plus.

A few extra bed sheets and towels so that if occupants want to change the lay out they can would have been nice. Bedrooms without windows ought to be signalled better as they are not to everyone’s taste.

Excellent apartment well set out, easy to find.

I was looking for something in pully so the location was perfect. Very well set out apartment, well equipped and great space.

While the minimal provision of coffee and tea is welcome, a little salt and pepper, a cloth to wipe surfaces, a dish towel to clean dishes would make all the difference and make fulfilling Instructions to wash dishes before leaving more realistic!

Bon appartement pas très bien indiqué et interlocuteur totalement à distance

Appartement récent en bon état et bien équipé.

Appartement difficile à trouver, très mal indiqué une fois que l’on a trouvé la résidence. On a perdu 1/2 h à tourner. Place de parking mal indiquée difficile à trouver… Le badge ne fonctionnait pas pour ouvrir l’appartement et la procédure de secours non plus. On a pu prendre l’appartement voisin mais on a dû déménager en cours de séjour. Pas de geste commercial.

La struttura è bella, ma gestita malissimo Abbiamo prenotato e pagato, per cinque, abbiamo trovato biancheria per quattro Abbiamo chiesto se per cortesia ce la potevano portare, hanno risposto di no Ovviamente siamo andati a comprare tutto il necessario La cucina è dotata di padelle antiaderenti tutte graffiate e rovinate da buttare e non utilizzabili

La pulizia totalmente assente, ragnatele sui soffitti, ci siamo trovati scarpe nell’armadio e non credo di proprietà ma di qualche cliente precedente Letto da preparare e sotto un disastro pieno di polvere misto, sporcizia, carte ecc. Neanche lo scopino del wc era integro La stanza matrimoniale senza la finestra e i comodini non serviti da presa elettrica ma con una abat-jour ovviamente staccata Allucinante Ovviamente anche la caccia alla chiave per entrare era un odissea Esperienza da non replicare Abbiamo speso uno sproposito per un servizio inesistente

L'appartement est très propre et confortable .

Il faut savoir que le parking annoncé comme réservé avec l'appartement n'est absolument pas garanti. Nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de le trouver occupé et sachant combien il est difficile de se garer dans cette partie de la ville, nous comptions vraiment dessus. Malgré nos appels et mails à la société gérante de l'appartement, rien n'a été fait pour nous venir en aide. On nous a écrit qu'ils déclinaient toute responsabilité. Concernant l'emplacement, il se trouve près d'une chute d'eau assez bruyante.

Muy agradable

Muy limpio, cómodo, con balcón, con parking. La llegada está bien explicada. Respondían pronto. El wifi funcionaba bien.

Precio elevado, supongo que acorde a Suiza. Hay que pagar una fianza de 400chf antes de llegar y eso da desconfianza por si fuera una estafa, pero luego devolvieron la fianza sin problemas.
