Comfortable apartment for three people with good value for money, directly in Lausanne

The accommodation was perfectly sized for three people as we visited the city. It was clean and comfortable and close to public transport.

Nothing really. We didn’t use any of the kitchen facilities so I can’t comment on that.

Great apartment for a longer stay in order to explore Lausane and its surroundings

Central location located in a residential area. Reasonably quiet and felt safe. All the facilities in the apartment were in full working order including the kitchen and the Internet.

It was unfortunate that our apartment was not quite ready when we arrived. Communications by phone was difficult due to language differences. However, via the Booking.com messaging app, communication was much better. In the end, we had to wait 2-3 hours but once we entered the apartment and for the entirety of our stay we had no further issues.

Apartamento céntrico

Ubicación perfecta. Buena calefacción. El agua caliente casi de manera instantánea. Apartamento amplio, con un salón grande y un dormitorio con tres camas y sin estrecheces.

El sofá del salón era un poco incómodo. Hay que descongelar el congelador que no se puede cerrar por la escarcha.

L'emplacement de l'appartement était parfait pour visiter Lausanne. À proximite des transports en commun. Un bel appartement très propre et très spacieux. Merci aux hôtes.

Le canapé lit n'était pas super confortable et les coussins très mous.

Pas de télécommande pour la box = pas de télé avec des enfants pas top Vaisselle à revoir pas de saladier juste 4 fourchettes nous avons voulu inviter nos enfants un soir 4 fourchettes pour 6 !!

Très bon séjour au calme à Lausanne.

Appartement spacieux, très pratique et bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine, draps, torchons... Bien propre. Accès facile à pied depuis le centre, le CHUV. Quartier calme permettant de bien dormir.

Le seul reproche est le fait qu'il n'y avait qu'une prise électrique fonctionnelle dans la chambre.

Seulement une seule chambre alors que le logement est grand. Pas suffisamment d’équipe ment dans la cuisine, pas de lave-vaisselle ni machine à laver.

房源介绍中有洗衣机，但我们没有找到。房东和我们说洗衣机被送走维修，但实际上屋内没有放洗衣机的位置，甚至都没有洗衣机用的进水龙头。这对我们连住五晚且有小孩的家庭来说很不方便。屋内的设施需要维护。比如冰箱需要维修，时钟、儿童玩具等需要更换电池等。

L’appartement était propre, les équipements à disposition sont fonctionnels, juste la machine à laver qui a eu un petit problème de vidange qui a été signalé mais se sont des soucis peuvent arriver. Dans l’ensemble, l’appartement pour une famille de 3 à 4 personnes sera confortable. Berceau pour bébé 👶 à disposition aussi, c’est top !!! ⚠️ prévoir de prendre le bus si vous arrivez à LAUSANNE en TGV 🚄 … Ça grimpe si vous transportez plusieurs bagages 🧳…

Bellissimo e spazioso appartamento, attenzione ai bambini

Bellissimo appartamento veramente, molto spazioso e dotato di tutto il necessario (microonde e moka + lettino per bimba piccola con anche giochi per bambini e peluche ad esempio). Cucina ben rifornita, presente occorrente per pulire, presente anche scolapasta (dicevano in altre recensioni che non c'era). Presenti asciugamani. Presenti tapparelle (per me indispensabili). Difficoltà di parcheggio vista la zona (attaccata alla pedonale di Losanna) ma ci sono dei multipiano in zona e alla fine siamo sempre riusciti ad arrangiarci. Ascensore presente. Facile modalità di ritiro chiavi tramite cassettina. Supermercato vicinissimo.

Il fait chaud si on laisse pas ouvrir les fenêtres. Mais il faut préciser que le canapé n’est pas un vrai lit. Je fais 1m52 et j’ai eu du mal pour les miroirs

Séjour très satisfaisant. Si on veut un peu de confort, c'est une très bonne adresse

Appartement très bien tenu, avec tout le matériel de base mis à disposition. Bon équipements, et des denrées de base laissées à dispo (thé, café, sucre). On peut RÉELLEMENT manger, et cuisiner dans les lieux (alors que dans certains logements, cette possibilité reste très virtuelle) Lit et canapé de très bon confort. Très appréciés ! Salon/salle à manger sont spacieux, et plutôt chaleureux. Douche avec baignoire. Machine à laver dans l'appartement. Situation calme. On est dans Lausanne-centre, dans une rue sans charme, mais sans la circulation ou le chahut. C'est un plus!

Je n'ai pas trouvé comment utiliser le wifi. Passer une heure avant l'arrivée prévue, pour déposer mes bagages, s'est avéré compliqué. (Infos pas reçues pour entrer dans l'immeuble.)

Die Wohnung ist einfach aber es hat alles was man braucht und mehr. Der Zutritt ist perfekt organisiert. Die Wohnung ist super sauber. der Standort ist nicht für jederman ideal, aber für uns, für die Arbeit im Beaulieu war es perfekt. Man ist super schnell in der Innnenstadt zu Fuss.

L'accès facile, la localisation au centre de Lausanne, la vaisselle est bien fournie, la taille de l'appartement, l'équipement est parfait, l'appartement bien chauffé.

Ce serait bien de mettre quelques dosettes pour la machine à café, le règlement de la taxe de séjour qui se fait en cash à laisser dans l'appartement, le canapé lit est très dur et un peu sale.

Nicht weit zu Fuss von der Bushaltestelle und mit dem Bus vom Bahnhof entfernt

Verständigungs-Probleme. 2 Nachrichten auf Deutsch, 1x auf Englisch und Französisch auf Booking.com, eine SMS Nachricht auf Französisch, div. WhatsApp Nachrichten auf Französisch. Erst nach der Nennung der Bestätigungs-Nr., den Betrag und Buchungsdatum, erhielt ich auf SPANISCH!! eine Rückantwort auf Booking.com. Nach der Übergabe des Schlüssels wurde mir via Google-Übersetzer vom "Vermieter" gezeigt, dass man bei der Abreise die Kurtaxe auf den Tisch legen soll. Am nächsten Tag nach 7 Uhr Morgens hörte man Lärm eines Saugers im Treppenhaus!! Die künstlichen Pflanzen sollte man weglassen. Die Deckenlampe in der Küche müsste man besser an der Decke anmachen und den Lichtschalter im Gang bei der Türe putzen. Eine zusätzliche Ständerlampe und weitere hohen Pfannen wäre toll. Es hatte keine normale TV-Sender, ein Blatt mit Senderangaben wäre von Vorteil..

L’emplacement est très proche d’un quartier animé et la vieille ville. L’appartement est agréablement grand et propre (à part le frigo).

Nous avons également eu des problèmes de clefs et le code sur la porte de l’immeuble ne fonctionne toujours pas. Il n’y a qu’une chambre (avec 3 lits) et le canapé-lit est impossible de dormir dessus (super dur et grinçant). Donc pas facile pour 4 personnes. La cuisine est assez grande, mais a peine fourni d’ustensiles. Pendant notre séjour il y avait beaucoup de bruit jusqu’à 2-3h la nuit (musique dans l’environnement et du voisin du dessus), et ce malgré les fenêtres fermées.
