Appartement Coeur de Ville

Es un apartamento muy amplio, y está muy limpio.

Vendría bien renovar alguno de los elementos del apartamento.

A very spacious apartment in the immediate vicinity of the old town. The kitchen has everything you need: fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, cutlery. There is no air conditioning, but there were two fans which were enough for us. Bathroom was perfect too. Great value/price balance, recommend it! The public transport is very good: 5 minutes to bus, metro. It really exceeded my expectations.

There was no laundry, it should better be removed from the property description. The host was somekind unresponsive and hard to connect with, we got the code for the key just a few hours before arriving and we had limited access to internet which didn't felt good. I think it would be good all the details for check-in to be clear earlier. Other than that everything was more than perfect.

Das Appartment ist sehr groß und gut angebunden.

Das versprochene (und in der City Tax enthaltene) City Ticket wurde uns trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage nicht gegeben, das haben wir aber erst nach zwei Tagen vor Ort erfahren. Die City Tax wurde uns zwar erlassen, das ersetzt aber leider nur einen kleinen Anteil der Metrokosten. Die Kommunikation insgesamt mit der Unterkunft war sehr dürftig, es wurde im Vorhinein erst mit großer Verzögerung (wenn überhaupt) geantwortet. Wir haben etwas in der Unterkunft vergessen und baten um Rückversand (den wir natürlich selbst bezahlt hätten), aber jetzt erhalten wir gar keine Antworten mehr. Sehr schade
