A lovely room in a lovely house with excellent hosts.

In a lovely quiet area about an hours walk from Lussane centre. Good and easy parking right outside the property. Nice polite, friendly hosts.

Nothing to dislike but two things could improve a stay in my opinion: 1) more plug sockets in the room 2) the ability to make tea and coffee in the room.

Be careful and stay away from this place

My wife broke her arm outside the front door to the property. She was returning from the car the owners had told us to pack very close to the entrance. We asked for a recording from a private camera that was above the door. The owner (Kelly) said she didn't have access to it and would email the video. When after three days I asked about the film, she wrote that "this days the camera was not working". For sure: the private camera they have over the open door (they didn't give us a key) when there are guests in their house... And Kelly didn't ask a word about my wife's health. Nothing, no interest. Booking.com asked her (it was their idea, not mine) if she would refund us for this stay because of the accident. She replied that she would give nothing back. Watch out for this facility: if something bad happens, it's definitely "this days the camera was not working". And the room itself is very cramped, small and very stuffy inside.

Great stay in this beautiful home

We were warmly welcomed by the hosts. Location easy to find using Google maps. Other people complained that it was difficult to find. There is no sign but the number is on the door and maps took us there without any problem. Parking in front of the house. Good quiet location for exploring the surrounding area by car. The house is impeccably clean and tastefully furnished and decorated. Room bigger than expected. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Breakfast was very good with excellent coffee from Equador. We had a lovely chat with the owners. Wish we could have stayed longer

Very nice and friendly host, trustful (the door was unlocked in an empty house, while they were away, same when we left), food was delicious and entire house was furnished with lot of taste.

The lady was unpleasant sometimes even rude In the morning at breakfast time. The breakfast was very poor. We didn't like that she didn't give us any choice how to pay and then she charged us 15 Euro fee for using the credit card. That was unfortunately unpleasant stay for us. Booking.com wants me to refund the fee paid to the host. I paid by credit card when booking.com, and there was no mention that I had to pay a credit card fee at check-in. However, the host charges an additional 3.5% card fee upon check-in. In addition, if you do not want to pay the card fee, you are required to cancel the booking.com card payment and pay in cash. After 9 pm, I had no choice but to pay the card fee and check in. Booking.com wants to refund the card fee to me (with a receipt) and ask the host to correct it.

Hosts were terrific, location was not right in Lausanne, but still convenient.

The room was large, the breakfasts were outstanding, free parking spot right outside the front door. Vincent and Kelly were super hosts. We were at first put off that we were required to leave our shoes by the front door, it was not really a problem at all.

Was very difficult to find at first, there was no indication at the location that it was "B&B Kelly".

The room and bathroom was very clean and our host was a really nice woman. Bed was quite comfortable and wardrobe quite spacious. It was quite a good stay overall.

It is a bit difficult to find the house at first, but the intro video our host sent helped a lot!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de trois jours dans le B&B de Kelly. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été chaleureux. Kelly était disponible, arrangeante et attentionnée tout au long du séjour. La chambre était très propre et bien décorée, le lit est très confortable, ce qui nous a permis de vraiment se détendre. Nous avons apprécié le calme du lieu ainsi que le petit déjeuner, varié, équilibré et de très bonne qualité. L’emplacement est également idéal, parfait pour découvrir Lausanne et ses alentours ! ✨
