8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Brand new facility including fitness and sauna, and available laundry room. Conveniently located near train station and busses. Rooms comfy and well equipped with kitchenette. Center with food stores and other conveniences across the street.
The only reason I gave it less than 10 is because the place is clearly unfinished. Cafe and restaurants not there yet. Construction site all around, elevators intermittently not working. Difficulty checking in without wifi from a foreign phone. Towel hooks needed in the lockers/sauna area. Kleenex box in bedroom would be convenient. Trash cans needed in laundry room!!

The area is quiet and relaxing, but getting around Lausanne is easy thanks to the nearby public transport. The apartment had everything I needed and the check-in process was smooth.
