Convenient location : close to the train station of Lausanne, walkable to the lake Leman, close to the subway to the City Center, vibrant district with restaurants, 2 groceries, boutiques and bakery. The apartment is clean, quiet, furnished with small kitchen and ustensiles. One thing is missing is the air conditioning. The fan is not enough for cooling at night during summer.

The stay was excellent with well equipped kitchen which gives you a cheaper option than eating out. Parking was a bit complicated and expensive and as the apartment block is built with underground parking I think that it should be included in the price.

Check-in process was a bit stressful - they send an email asking for your passport copy only the day before you arrive and will provide the access only after you send it - so if you miss that email you will be stuck. They also came to check the apartment already after 15.00 - the check in time. There is no lock on the door inside the apartment - so for the rest of the time you just hope no one else decided to unexpectedly come check the apartment. Also the check out time is 10.00 which is a bit unusually early.

Very nice! Free laundry on site and the kitchen was great. The floor was a little grimy. We had a beautiful view of Lausanne though!! We didn't stay super long, but would have loved too

Good location at central terminal as you just need to take about 7 min. Nice staff to help us to take by phone as we don't know to send my ID for get password.

Ideal location close to Lausanne main station and less than 15mins walk to the beach/pool and best clubs/bars. Even had a parking. The room was rather small tho and so was the bathroom. It had a decent kitchenette with fridge and coffee machine. The bed was sadly not very comfortable as too soft and too noisy. There is also room for improvement in the sound proofing.
