In an amazing location, comfortable and quiet studio in an independent chalet with a wonderful view of the lake and the mountains. Nice outdoor area with garden. Relax with a walk in the nature, just 3 minutes away.

Delightful chalet with stunning views

Everything was exactly as described. A well equipped chalet in a very peaceful area with stunning views over Lake Geneva. The property is a little out of the way so a car is essential. We stayed for 6 nights whilst attending the ITU World Championships and found it easy to drive down to the lakeside at Lausanne. In the evenings we took advantage of the good weather and had BBQs in the garden. The only downside was that the chalet is hot at night and we did suffer from mosquito bites. I can highly recommend this property

I have spent about a week in the chalet with my two dogs in July 2016. There is a parking right in front of the place and the garden is fully fenced, therefore dogs are safe and they can run around. It is also not far to walk to a small forest and the adjacent fields, so very convenient with a dog. People also didn't seem bothered by my dogs and we're all friendly. The chalet Is on over 700m and there are no commodities in walking distance, you do need a car to get around. the inside is small as it's just one open space, but it was okay for the short time. Also you have a lot of light and a corner window which opens the place up and let's you enjoy the view of the lake. In the winter the small space would probably get frustrating. However, It was not sufficiently equipped with basic household items such as a toaster or a set of cups ( only found one cup). Even when I asked for a toaster, this was not provided. I also didn't like the sliding toilet seat that they tried to fix, but just left it as it was instead of replacing it with a new one. There is also no dishwasher. On the other hand the Internet connection was very good and there are a good choices of TV channels. The terrace is great to eat outside and just enjoy a breeze and of course the nice view. There is a gas grill, a large table, hammock and a sun umbrella. Overall the place is recommendable mostly for its unique location and the quietness.

I stood in the chalet for a week and it was absolutely great! Audrey and his father were both very kind and helpful. The views from the patio and from the living room are astonishing.

Audrey Chollet und ihr Papa sind sehr nett. Das kleine Ferienhaus liegt etwas abgelegen oben am Hang, man hat eine schöne Sicht auf See und Gebirge und es ist ruhig. Die Einrichtung, Küche, Bad, Terrasse entspricht der Beschreibung. Personen, die sich vertraut sind, fühlen sich sehr wohl. Wir buchen es gerne wieder.

Great, tiny appartment with all you need! Host is friendly and helpful. Located on the quiet hillside with beautiful view on Lake Geneva. Nice little garden with full lavendel scent. Place is a little difficult to find and car absolutely needed. Great place for just relaxing or visiting around (Montreux, Vevey etc). On hot summer days it's very hot place (also inside during the night).

Ich war letztes Jahr schon hier. Die Lage, das kleine Chalet sind traumhaft. Die Vermieter sehr angenehm. Leider wird das Chalet schlecht in stand gehalten, Wasserhahn in Küche halb ausgerissen, schon letztes Jahr: im Bad ist Duschstange weggerissen von der Wand: Fernseher funktioniert nicht: leider sehr schlecht geputzt, Geschirrschubladen, Wasserflasche und Bad. Der Preis scheint mir so zu hoch.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Belmont ! Le chalet est au calme, proche de Lausanne, plein de charme et très bien équipé ! La vue est à couper le souffle et le jardin extérieur très agréable. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, à l’écoute et arrangeants. Un grand merci à Audrey et sa famille adorable !

Petit chalet parfait juste pour un couple (30m2). En été la terrasse permet de profiter encore mieux de la vue sur le lac mais nécessité absolue d’utiliser sa voiture pour descendre faire les courses ou aller se balader dans les villages ou dans les vignobles. Les propriétaires n’etaient pas présents à notre arrivée mais excusés du fait de la Fête des Vignerons à Vevey...par contre personne au moment de notre départ ni aucun message ou mail de leur part depuis hier... choquant !!! Au niveau de la propreté,beaucoup à redire sur l’entretien de la cabine de douche (joints tachés de moisissures) et les vitres auraient mérité d’être lavées ! Mais rien que pour la vue sur le lac nous avons adoré ce chalet !!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La vue est superbe et le chalet très bien équipé pour un petit séjour. Excepté le réfrigérateur qui avait beaucoup de mal à refroidir, tout s'est très bien passé !

Gemütliche kleine Hütte mit allem, was man für eine Woche braucht. Sauber. Der Ausblick auf den See und die Berge ist grandios - die Hütte liegt auch auf 750m Höhe. Nachteil: es ist ein Raum, der per sehr träger Fußbodenheizung bedient wird. Nachtabsenkung zum Schlafen ist Fehlanzeige, es bleibt immer gleich warm.

Nous avons adoré le petit chalet très confortable avec une vue superbe sur le lac, l'acceuil fort sympathique de Michel, sans oublier les chocolats en guise de bienvenue. Nous y avons passé quelques jours merveilleux. Merci Audrey.
