It is very close to he train station - I have staid before

The shower needs to be bigger and the kitchen en was too loose almost not possible to use and the shower screen needed fixing - I did remark and the maintenance man was sent

Nice room, not very helpful customer service

Nice tidy room in a good location, good value for money.

I wanted to extend my stay, but wasn't able to. The customer service told me that a renovation was planned precisely in my room (which looked already pretty good) starting on the day of my check-out (Friday, 26/12/2026 which is highly unlikely in Switzerland). My advice to the customer service: next time you should come up with a better excuse :) Or at least pretend that you care.

Great location and very affordable, well suited for remote working.

Everything was fine, we received the code to check in timely, the room was spacious and the internet was good enough for video calls and work. The kitchen was small but adequate and the bed was comfy enough. Floor heating is nice.

There was a problem with the hot water at times and we had to shower with cold water all but one time which was less than ideal. Also we discovered no way to regulate the heating and it got really hot in the room at times so we were forced to open windows to cool it down. Although the room being very hot turned out not to be the worst thing as we warmed up quickly after the cold shower.

A wonderful place

Lovely room with a great view of the lake.Close to the train station and lots of restaurants and shops.Comfortable bad and well equipped kitchenette.Thank you!

Reasonable option for an experienced traveler or someone looking for privacy at possibly low price.

Great location. Ideal choice if you’re torn between staying in the old town or near the lake - here, you’re just in the middle, and at the same time very close to the train station and art museums. Lovely view from the balcony. I’ve had quite an active stay but if you’re a lazy type, you could just stay on the balcony with a book and enjoy lake& mountains views. Reasonable WiFi connection - enough to perform audio and video calls. Responsive staff - even though there is no reception, my message was answered quickly via chat and the issue that I had was solved promptly. Quiet environment. Cozy cafe, ice cream shop and bowl bar around. Grocery stores in near proximity. The apartment itself was well and thoughtfully equipped.

It was not perfectly clean when I arrived. There were stains on the bedsheet which could well be old stains but still made a bad impression. Very unpleasant smell upon entering the apartment. It had helped to open the window and the balcony door (I kept the window open during my entire stay unless I had the lights on) but I would be concerned to think how does it work in winter. The kettle’s cable did not fit into the power outlets in the flat. The only one compatible was the one in the bathroom but there was literally no space to put it there (not speaking of how unusual of a solution would it be). While this was solved by providing an adapter by the staff (only the next day though), I would have expected them to take care of those things in advance. Insects inside the apartment - one was there when I came (windows closed) and the other was spotted on the next day (not sure it came from the outside). Quite unsettling. No Lausanne card - yes, I knew I wouldn’t get it but still find it odd. While I appreciated the appliances provided, I wish there was some kind of manual provided for the coffee machine - it took me a longer moment to finally get my coffee the way I wanted it. Shower cabin doors broken. Again, didn’t prevent me from taking my shower but could be taken care of. Overall, the apartment could use a renovation.

Shabby hot sauna studio

Nothing to recommend this place. We even considered abandoning our visit It was so awful. No proper sleep for 2 nights.Couldnt wait to leave on the last day

Shabby and bare studio room. Old, tired furnishings and curtains/blinds. Uncomfortable cheap hard foam mattress.. No aircon and only one cheap quality floor fan (stand half broken). No blackout curtains so the room became unbearably hot during the day and remained hot all night even with the single window open. Floor lamp not working. No handsoap in toilet and 2 tiny bottles of shampoo/conditioner for 2 persons for 2 days. Expensive paid parking via ShareP was in the basement in a tiny narrow space (literally 2 inches clearance each side) and was occupied by 4 huge sacks of recycled plastic bottles when we arrived and which we had to drag out of the way to another area before we could squeeze our car in.

Disappointing

Pleasant space, good location

The apartment was described as an aparthotel, we chose it in this basis to avoid private accommodation in tourist locations. This should have come with a transport card. In querying why this wasn't provided it became apparent the owners are listed as private accommodation with the tourist authorities. The information on the site is misleading. There is something going on around the tourist tax and the information provided to clients, as you do not get what you are entitled to.

The management They were firm about departure time Some one came to clean 25 minutes BEFORE we were due to leave, even though we had asked if it was possible to stay for an extra night. A question that was never answered!!!

The place is walking distance from the the SBB Station, and some restaurants. It is far from the lake and the main town.

Our experience at this property was unfortunately very average and fell short of expectations based on the uploaded pictures. The cleanliness was a major concern; the place did not appear as clean as depicted online. Furthermore, the amenities shown in the pictures were not provided. We specifically noted the absence of toiletries, despite them being featured. The bathroom itself was small and unkempt, and similarly, the room had numerous stains, contributing to an overall sense of neglect. While there was a coffee machine, no coffee was supplied. Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay, and I would not recommend this property.

Noisy fridge and bathroom. White courtains, all the light came into the room. You have to leave the room at 10.00 but there is no place to keep your lugagge if your train is in the afternoon.

This is an excellent budget option for a short stay in Lausanne.

Excellent location, very quiet. The check-in process was simple enough and using the code to access the apartment a breeze.

Although it is not permitted to smoke inside, there was a slight smell of smoking, most likely from previous customers.

Really bad experience- Not worth it

The apartment smelled of pee and of smoke, like the corridors and the stairs were full of cigarette smoke. I asked to clean it but just some perfume was put. Still pee smell from the wc. I had to open the window, but the area is superloud because of the railway. The curtain is too small for the window and from 6am it was impossible to sleep because of the light.

An all-you-need central 1-bedroom suite with partial views of the lake and distant mountains.

I was super happy that I was given a top floor apartment with a partial view of the lake and the mountains in the distance. The little balcony was amazing. Very quiet location yet few minutes away from the train station and close to all amenities.

Ideal location, clean but smelly and uncomfortable.

Despite being advertised as non smoking the studio stank of cigarette smoke which which meant I had to keep the window open all the time. I found this very unpleasant, but when I approached Vision apartments they were not particularly helpful and only offered me a discount on a future booking which I don't think is adequate compensation for what I put up with - I would have expected a significant discount on what I paid for the stay. In addition, there were a number of smaller problems, including that the main curtains, once pulled closed were very difficult to open again, the main comfy chair had lost most of its stuffing and was impossible to sit in, etc etc. I am considering taking this complaint further.

The apartment is very close to the train station and it has a good size. Wifi works quite well and the shower had a good pressure.

I got a ground floor room which was basic and a bit in need of updating. No lake view for me. The furniture was outdated and bits and pieces around the place were broken. I was there for 2 night so I wasn't too bother about that. The curtains are really light so when the sun rises there is a bit too much light for my taste.

Superb

The room was clean and tidy. All kitchen utensils were provided so we could cook our own food. Bathroom also very clean. The view from the window was beautiful and the location was very good. Overall very happy with our stay and would recommend especially for this price.

The standing and bedside lamps were not working but I am unsure whether we just didn’t know how to switch them on.

Convenient but sparse and a number of inadequacies.

Location and space were good. Check in and comms were also good.

There was no parking, and nothing in the communications to say so. Apparently you can book parking. It was available for me, but as I checked in on a Friday evening there was no one available to provide the remote needed to access. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with no cooking utensils like a wooden spoon and no toaster or grill. Although listed on the inventory there was no hairdryer and one was not provided despite being promised after a phone call. The shower screen was totally inadequate and the angle of the shower head meant the floor got soaked every time the shower was used.
