We had an overall pleasant stay, the studio appartement was clean and tidy, we enjoyed beautiful views from the balcony, excellent location in a calm area, not far from the train station and near a vibrant street (Grancy), also the check in process was smooth. Very good value for a few days stay.
The main entrance is not accessible, because of the high step by the main door, it could be better if a small ramp is added, especially for visitors with a stroller or with special needs.
We noticed a heat source from the floor, please check if maybe the floor heating system is left on during the summer!

The location was terrific
We liked that the apartment was so well equipped, and it was so clean. And we also liked how easy it was to check in and check out.

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and very well equipped. It had everything I needed, including a kitchen, a refrigerator, a table and a wardrobe. The bed was exceptionally large and comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The location was also perfect - very central and convenient for exploring Lausanne. Overall, the apartment was a great place to stay.
1. The refrigerator was very useful, although it was a little noisy, especially at night.
2. The entrance code did not work when I first arrived, so I had to enter together with other guests. It started working later, after I contacted support.
3. Just a small safety note: it would be good to check the tile in the corner of the shower area. It appears to be slightly damaged and sharp. It is difficult to notice from above, but I accidentally caught my foot on it and got a small cut.

Nice location, walkable from the train station.
In somewhat of a state of disrepair. Some draws not working properly, light bulbs out, poorly equipped kitchen.
