Very disappointing. The European heat wave SHOULD have been met with proactive communication about a fan, but was not. V
The apartment was spacious, clean and well-equipped with kitchen ware and appliances--except a much-needed fan.
The apartment we were directed to by the owner/manager was NOT the one advertised on Booking.com. It was NOT 300m from train station but closer to 1500m -- and an uphill walk. We were told of this address the day before arriving. Communication from the owner was very limited and at the last minute. An electric fan we requested came too late to provide relief and was left outside our door. No effort was made to ensure we obtained the fan and were comfortable.
