Functional, clean, well located flat

Flat is localised mid-way between railway station and the lake, next to botanical garden and nice green park. It has all you need in the kitchen including microwave and toster, olive oil, some spice. There was even wine in the fridge :) No problems to get the keys, clear instructions, very pleasant stay.

I had a great experience staying at this place and highly recommend staying here.

What is the most impressive is the host themselves. They provided warm hospitality and even offered to drive us to another place when he spotted us walking down the street with luggage!!

Very good choice in quiet neighborhood

Very nice, clean and quiet apartment. Great location near metro and not far from the lake. The neighborhood is calm but has cafes, restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Small balcony towards a hillside public garden. From the living room you can see a small chunk of the lake and some mountains. It’s easy to let fresh air flow through the apartment.

The interior is a bit old-fashioned. No real coffee maker (only one for pads). The apartment is located under the roof. Maybe it gets hot in the summer. In May at around 24 degrees it was all good.

Location was superb, and the house itself was perfect for two. The owners were extremely caring, having left us some notes and a wine. Great experience!

Very beautiful apartment. Clean and comfortable. You have everything you have at home. Kitchen is well equipped. Balcony has an amazing view. The host are very helpful. They gave me electricity charger that I needed so much. Amazing apartment. Highly recommend

It was just like home and we were very comfortable and happy.

We prepared our own breakfast as it was not a B&B. We loved the place.

You feel native Lausanner here

Nicely kept apartment in very well maintained and beautiful building. Here you are inside of everyday life of Lausanners, the native ones, as far as I can tell watching from above :-) you can even observe locals tending to their lots in community garden and having dinner watching sunset there. The mentioned garden is adjacent to compact botanical garden (free entrance) that has incredibly beautiful and sophisticated landscaping and even tropical orangeries. The neighborhood is very quiet and tidy. 10 min walk to lake shore. Metro station within 5 min walk.

Ein tolle Wohnung für einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Lausanne.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, zu Fuß ist man schnell am See, genauso am Bahnhof, in der Nähe sind Migros und Coop. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Arsli war sehr gut, sie hat sehr schnell auf Fragen von mir reagiert und war auch sehr zuvorkommend, so konnten wir unsere Koffer nach dem Auschecken noch etwas in der Wohnung lassen. Die Ausstattung war absolut super, es war alles da. Die Wohnung war auch überall sehr sauber. Im Bad gab es einen Haartrockner, auch einen beleuchteten Spiegel mit Vergrößerung, ideal zum Schminken :-), in der Küche gab es alles, was benötigt wird, von der Kapselkaffeemaschine (Kapseln waren vorhanden) bis zum Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Töpfe, Pfannen, Käsereibe ... wir waren total begeistert, was wir alles vorfanden. Und vom Wohnzimmerfenster aus konnten wir den See und auch die Berge (je nach Wetter) sehen - wunderschön. Arsli ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und ich werde für meinen nächsten Aufenthalt in Lausanne diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Vielen Dank Arsli für den tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung.

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft in Ouchy

Sehr zentrale Lage nur wenige Minuten vom See entfernt, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche, unkomplizierter Check in, sehr freundliche Gastgeber, zur Begrüßung Wein und Prosecco. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Een geweldig fijne week in gezellig en heel goed uitgerust appartement!

Heel gezellig en mooi ingericht appartement in huiselijke sfeer. Er was zelfs een mooie kerstboom geplaatst! Grote slaapkamer met veel kastruimte. De keuken is zeer goed uitgerust. We hebben er met ons gezin heel gezellig het kerstdiner genoten! Alles zeer schoon en mooi. Het is in een mooie buurt in Lausanne. Met mooi uitzicht. Migros en bakker om de hoek. De eigenaar gaf duidelijke en goede informatie. En ook heel fijn: een gratis parkeerplaats. Als wij weer naar Lausanne gaan, zullen we zeker teruggaan!!
