Washer/Dryer in house, wonderful
Super cozy and quiet. The sun came out and the views were wonderful. We also so appreciated the washer/dryer! Super helpful staff.

Overall, an excellent flat but I did not like the situation with the door lock.
I did not like that the doors were locked by the code that you had to remember. Moreover, to get outside you had to press the button and the door would automatically open. If there was a fire in the building or some other disaster and the lock did not work there would be no way you could escape the flat. What's more, in the second day of my stay, when I came out of shower, I discovered that the door was open. This was quite an unpleasant experience. The landlord assured me this occurred because the battery was down and needed replacement.

Great apartment for 2 in Lausanne
Great central location. Being on 6th floor resulted in a very quiet apartment away from city noise. Very detailed instructions to get up to 6th floor (elevator to 5th) and code to get in.

Great view. Very clean. Glad to have the washer dryer. Well equipped. Fairly private.
Shower was not great. Parking was OK. Inconvenient but not that far away. Attached building was empty. Neighborhood was a real mix.

La douche qui est très inconfortable et le rideau de douche beaucoup trop long qui ramasse la crasse. Fourmis présente sur les comptoir et petite mouche à fruits partout dans le cuisine.climatiseur instable et problème pour les poubelles.

la salle de bain : trop basse de plafond, ce n'est pas pratique de prendre une douche debout dans la baignoire
