I felt so bad for the experience. I would like to share the story to the one who seeing the property.

I would like to share the experience staying in Cosy, Lausanne. Because of the leakage issue of the room, we just took a shower and the water leaked down to the downstairs. The firefighters came to knock our door and inspected the situation. It was an annoying situation and disturbance for our holidays. I’ve reflected the problem to the property, and he denied the problem. He said it was what I feel like and there’s no problem for his property. I felt so bad for the experience.

Price at 110/night was lower than average hotels, room had fully equipped kitchenette, located in quiet area.

In general, way less comfortable as expected: Lots of noise from staircase in the early morning, heating was running in late May (with 20+ degrees outside), cleaning sufficient, but not impeccable. Check-in procedure was not smooth (no clear info through website, no civic number nor signs on building, keys a bit hidden). Outside door always open, did not feel so safe.

Qualité/ prix correct

L'appartement est bien situé en centre ville, boulangeries, supermarchés et transports en commun proches. Douche propre et correcte avec de la pression. 2 grandes serviettes de bain étaient à notre disposition. Lit correct.

Bruit des travaux dans la rue. Fenêtre salon qui ne se ferme pas très bien. Rideau pas totalement occultant mais ça va. Le canapé lit n'est pas très confortable assis.
