A Very Homey and Classic Feel - Highly Recommend.

The host was communicative and welcoming. The building is aesthetically striking in a classic sense, with ornate wrought iron balcony railings, wooden louvered shutters, and tasteful paint. The flat itself is spacious, warm and comfortable (versus the sterility or 'incomplete' feel of some other apartments on the market), basks in light from three cardinal directions (i.e. windows on three sides), and possesses all of the amenities that one might need. I particularly liked the bathtub, with a ledge and window where one can kick back and read. The place just has a good feel overall. The location is also quite excellent, being a short walk to the lake (less than 5 mins.), and close to some supermarkets, restaurants and a metro/underground station.

Good size apartment with stylish decor. Well located close to the lake and the metro.

Pillows in the bed were not the most comfortable. Otherwise a good and well equipped apartment.

Our stay in Lausanne was a little slice of heaven!

We had a fabulous stay in Lausanne in this lovely apartment. There were two of us & it was perfect: clean & comfortable with all of the necessary conveniences. It was situated perfectly within walking distance of the metro, the train station, the promenade & the beach. We enjoyed runs along the lakeshore, the Jazz Festival in Montreaux, relaxing afternoons on the beach & exploring the sights of Lausanne on foot.

Posizione centrale a Ouchy, quartiere elegante e tranquillo a due passi dal lago Lemano e a 15 min a piedi dal centro di Losanna. Arredamento raffinato e ricercato, appartamento fornito di tutto, ottima esposizione solare, servizi e utensili di qualità. Gentilezza e disponibilità dell’host Laurent

Laurent est un hôte exceptionnel ! Toujours disponible et très sympathique. L’appartement est super bien placé , près du bord de l’eau , d’épiceries , de restaurants, de la station de métro, du parc olympique et bien plus ! Très lumineux !

Malgré qu’il n’y a pas d’air climatisé , il y a un bon vent courant et de belles grandes fenêtres à chaque pièces de la maison. Possiblement un petit ajustement pour pouvoir bien installer les serviettes de douches seraient géniales.

Voll eingerichtete Wohnung.Super Lage zum See. Nur wenige Meter zur Metro, zum Fährhafen . Tiefgarage und 2Supermärkte ganz in der Nähe.Laurent war immer für uns da.
