L'appartement 23 était mieux entretenu que celui que j'avais lors de mon dernier séjour en janvier/février. La peinture paraissait plus neuve
vu des températures extérieures la semaine dernière un ventilateur aurait été apprécié. J'ai été tout de même surprise de l'augmentation du prix de janvier/février à juin, surtout que la suisse est aussi réputé pour ses activités en hiver.

Situation géographique, proximité de la gare et des commerces
le logement nécessiterait un rafraichissement, la montée d'escalier est restée plusieurs jours avec des déchets par terre logement mal insonorisé, parfois bruyant (incivilités des locataires!)

La localisation de l'établissement était très pratique.
La propreté et l'entretien général laissent vraiment à désirer (pas de savon dans la salle de bain, grille-pain sale, absence d'éponge). Il n'y avait pas de climatisation malgré la chaleur, les stores étaient défectueux et le système de clé digitale a posé problème. Le rapport qualité-prix est très décevant.
