The surrounding area is pleasant. The room is very clean.

I suggest having a fan in the summer.

Great location, close to both metro lines 1 and 2. Clean surfaces. Airkey contactless keyless lock. Enough hangers for clothes, plus a drying rack and ironing set (didn't test the iron, so not sure if it works). Kitchen was well equipped with enough cooking utensils.

It would be fair to mention that the apartment is on the 5th floor and the building has no elevator, only very steep stairs. Very important information, especially in summer when temperatures reach 30-33°C: there is NO AC and NO ALTERNATIVE COOLING OPTIONS. This is a studio-type apartment with a large roof surface, so the ceiling gets very hot during the day - the only time the room temperature can actually drop is between 2am and 6am, so you're forced to sleep with the windows open too. On top of that, since you have to keep the windows open, EXPECT TO BE WOKEN UP AT 5:40-6am by loud cleaning machines working until 8am - I'm a heavy sleeper, but this beat everything. The problem with the open windows during the day is that NEIGHBORS RIGHT ACROSS, at their own window, are sitting or smoking there, and can see into the apartment the whole time (you have to open the curtains to open windows). And honestly, you can see straight into their apartment too even without lights turned on. Not the view I expected... OTHER DETAILS: the bathroom lightbulb doesn't work. I stayed for a full work week, so a bar of soap for washing hands, a sponge for dishes (there's no dishwasher), and some salt would have been nice to have. Also, the TV only works with a personal Netflix account - there's no actual television/cable. To be clear, these aren't problems with the apartment's location or concept - most of them could easily be fixed by the host with minimal effort (lightbulb, soap, sponge, salt, curtains) or at least communicated in advance (no AC, no elevator/steep stairs to the 5th floor, view to the neighbours, cleaning hours, TV setup).
