Location is good, room overall is okay except it’s old.
There’s no washing machine or dishwasher, and the introduction page says it has a washing machine. When we enquired the staff they said there’s one that we need to pay to use and they’ll bring the card to us, yet they never showed up.
Customer service is terrible. The staff could barely speak English and didn’t bother to use translator, with very limited will to help. We contacted the property to change the checkout date as we need to stay an extra night, and were told that they will find an empty apartment for us for the extra day as they “have 50+ apartments in the building”. Yet it turned out they only replied one day before we checked out, with no place available for us to stay, and we had to pay extra expensive accommodation at other places because of this last-minute change. And yes, they’re not sorry at all as we received a “sorry” paragraph written by AI.
