Bistro Walk Apartment

Ubicació molt cèntrica. Apartament espaiós. Llits molt comfortables.

Hi havia un festival a prop els dies de la nostra estada. Se sentia força el soroll exterior. Bany en obres.

The location was decent and the building itself was quite nice. The apartment was quite clean and orderly and the bathroom sufficiently stocked with towels albeit could have used newer soaps/dispensers and shampoos. There are some nice local restaurants close by that my kids liked, also a relatively affordable parking garage very close by if you are renting a car.

The location of the apartment is incorrect on maps and the directions lead you to the wrong address. The apartment building entrance is right next to United Colors of Benneton. The building is "10" not 1000 or whatever it currently lists. THe apartment is on the 4th floor. The listing and host really should provide a bit more detail as we were not able to enter the apartment because apparently there are two entrances with different keys and the cleaners locked the entrance to which the host left a key for. Luckily a maintenance worker was able to assist with location of a second key in the hosts' mailbox and then showed us the separate entrance, overall a very frustrating check in experience after a very long flight. The listing mentions Air Conditioning, however the host only had a portable unit which was broken during one of the hottest weeks in Switzerland (close to 40deg C). The host tried to supplement with multiple fans but given the apartment is on the 4th floor, it unfortunately didnt help. At least the host tried to help where he could and was responsiveness on WhatsApp (relatively), so hopefully others wont have the same experience with check in and AC.
