Excellent quality property with excellent value.

Good location for us, nice view, very clean, good value for money.

Initially didn’t have enough bed linens, I found the communication via booking.com to be cumbersome as some emails were do-not-reply and others were not. Parking was challenging and I wish we hadn’t had a car rental.

Plus de simplicité et d'efficacité ne nuiraient pas, surtout à ce prix !

La vue est splendide et l'aménagement se veut moderne...

mais nous avons reçu des dizaines de courriels de l'hôte expliquant l'accès. Lorsque cependant il s'est agit de trouver le code d'accès, apparu à 16h00 sur un de ces trop nombreux messages, il a fallu les revoir tous... Une très inutile complexité. Le lit de la seconde chambre n'était pas apprêté (malgré ma demande précise) et les draps pour le faire, oublié dans le lave-linge, était trempés... Je n'ai vraiment pas aimé non plus la boite de médicaments nominative (d'un précédent hôte j'imagine) restée dans le réfrigérateur, pas plus que les placard fermé de cadenas extérieurs (pour bien montré qu'on est pas en confiance)

Les poutres et la hauteur sous toits. Il faut faire attention et se baisser pour ne pas se cogner.

L appartement etait spacieux et très propre. L hôte est très réactif et le check in et out bien organisés. Un petit détail : le nombre de vaisselle demanderait à être augmenté (couverts et assiettes).

1 chambre et non deux comme indiqué dans l’annonce. Un des couchages est dans le coin salon Des plafonds très bas car appartement sous les toits, poutres apparentes basses dans lesquels on se cogne. A déconseiller aux personnes de grandes tailles et aux personnes âgés.

Apartmán je kousek od centra s nádherným výhledem na město a Ženevské jezero. Check in byl snadný, 24 hodin před možností se ubytovat obdržíte přístupové kódy a popis cesty. Tím pozitiva tohoto ubytování končí,

Předně jsou lživé informace uvedená v nabídce Booking. Nejedná se o 2 ložnice a obývák, ale pouze o jednu ložnici a obývák. Povlečení bylo připraveno pouze jedno se společnou přikrývkou. Toto byl problém, neboť jako kolegové jsme si objednali dva samostatné pokoje, ne manželské dvoulůžko. Po příchodu na apartmán v cca 20:30 majitel na čísle, uvedeném v rezervaci, vůbec na náš požadavek o jedno povlečení navíc nereagoval. Ozval se až ráno u úplně jiného čísla s tím, že mám komunikovat přes Whatsapp! WTF! Nemám ani tuto aplikaci, ani předražená data ve Švýcarsku. Totéž se týká i Checkin. Bez dat, abyste získali přístup do apartmánu, se neobejdete. Celý apartmán je v podkroví, všude jsou šikmé trámy a musíte být neustál ohnutí, aby jste se nepraštili. V kuchyni měl každý jednu (!) kapsli na přípravu kávy. Komunikace s majitelem je doslova tragická. Komunikujete totiž s automatem, od kterého nám přišlo během dvou dní asi 9 identických zpráv. Co ale považuji až za drzost bylo, že mi přišlo v těcho zprávách celkem 6x upozornění, že pokud budou na povlečení fleky, zaplatím 60 CHF, pokud budou na ručníku fleky, zaplatím 20 CHF, pokud něco ukradnu, bude mi nafakturováno, nábytek (IKEA) pokud bude poškozen, zaplatím nový + dopravu 50 CHF. A nakonec přišel mail, který mě nabádá, abych si ubytování příště nerezervoval na portále Booking, ale In-house.

L’appartement est vraiment très charmant, le quartier est très calme, l’emplacement pour nous était parfait car proche du théâtre Beaulieu, les propriétaires sont très attentionnés.

Indique 2 chambres, mais il n’y en a qu’une.
