Absolutely amazing— Booking was simple, with great communication throughout, and the owners couldn’t have been more helpful.
The accommodation was spotlessly clean, and we were welcomed with a warm smile despite arriving 4 hours late. . It had everything we needed and more. Breakfast was freshly made each morning—such a perfect start to the day.
The location is second to none, with breathtaking views and easy access to all the attractions in Ninh Binh.
If you’re lucky enough to stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

Bike hire was handy, staff in the whole seemed friendly and room was fine.
- Loud music was played at multiple times during the stay seemingly by the staff, both early in the morning which woke us up and also during the day when we returned to relax. (When we asked they did turn it off)
- The address on the booking website doesn’t take you to the address so our taxi dropped us off nowhere near
- Wouldn’t recommend eating at the property
- The place was locked when we returned one night and no one had told us there was a curfew or anything, communication not great
