Our room was right next to a mountain, with a very modern design. The resort is surrounded by nature and lush green trees, while the traditional thatched-roof buildings give the place a unique and charming character.
At first, when we saw the property from the outside, we were not sure if we would like it. However, once we checked in, we were pleasantly surprised. The room was much better than we expected—very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It turned out to be a wonderful stay surrounded by nature.

The property is surrounded by beautiful mountains, creating a wonderful and peaceful atmosphere. We were always well taken care of, and the staff regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well. The free bicycles were very convenient for exploring the area, and the food was delicious, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
We were especially impressed by the swimming pool. The water was crystal clear and very clean. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and giving us the feeling of being in a second home. With such reasonable prices and excellent service, we will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.

We arrived in Ninh Binh on a sunny and windy afternoon, but the warm and friendly people made everything feel comfortable.
From the reception staff to the room service staff, everyone welcomed us with smiles and kindness.
Our trip was very spontaneous and we did not prepare much, but choosing this place was the right decision and we have nothing to complain about.
We will come back again if we have time for another relaxing holiday.

The room was clean
It is located in a very odd location, off a dirt path from the road near a creek filled with rubbish. Upon entering it smelled bad and looked horrible, we didnt think we were at the right place because there was so much rubbish. The breakfast was very poor - not a lot of options and did not taste good. The images of the hotel are deceiving, it is not as big as shown and the pool is also small.
