We arrived in Ninh Binh on a sunny and windy afternoon, but the warm and friendly people made everything feel comfortable.
From the reception staff to the room service staff, everyone welcomed us with smiles and kindness.
Our trip was very spontaneous and we did not prepare much, but choosing this place was the right decision and we have nothing to complain about.
We will come back again if we have time for another relaxing holiday.

I was there for 4 days and I will honestly say that the atmosphere and location is great! But the people who work there are very caring and willing to help. I arrived there at 3 a.m., where I had a reservation only at 11-14, and Mai was already running to help me organize my room. And in the following days I had stomach problems, so without hesitation and she brought me water and drinks that could help my ailment! Thank you very much for your care and pleasant spending time in this intimate group

Free Bikes, easy ride to Ninh Binh, Trang An and Tam Coc. Staff excepting so friendly, organised great tra sport back to Hanoi.

The location was perfect for exploring the area. Great view of Dragon Mountain from where we ate breakfast. Great having a pool to cool off in and a refrigerator in the room for cool beverages. Lots of places to eat nearby. Good bicycles to borrow. Helpful staff. WhatsApp is a great way to keep in contact with them.
Everything was as expected and described in reviews and property description.
