    We stayed in the deluxe room with balcony and bath tub. It is absolutely gorgeous and has potential to be a 5 star hotel. The view is amazing and so is the staff. Unfortunately the room was very dirty, even after requesting it be cleaned again due to filthy floors and feces in the toilet bowl. The floors were still so dirty we didn’t even want to put our dirty clothes on it for fear of them being stained black. I wiped a small amount of water from the floor from the tub and the towel came up black. Really gross. It’s clear they don’t ever mop these floors. There was also a really bad smell coming from the plumbing, as well as issues with the hot water. Upon arrival we were so impressed with the property and considered extending our stay, but after being in the room we were glad we only booked one night.

    Nice and friendly staff, especially the Manager. Basic facilities, shelves are dusty. It's located on a dead-end street, not much entertainment. There was a smell in the room, probably from the sewage. Also, we were given an upstairs room and there isn't any lift, so need to carry our big luggage on an old spiral staircase.
