Best Features: 1. Convenient Location - near Hang Mua Viewpoint (Mua Cave) around 5min motorbike and around 15-20min to Hoa Lu Ancient capital and Am Tien Cave (adjacent to hoa lu), There's a beautiful river just outside the hotel. All the cheap and decent resto are just nearby. Grab cars and xanh sm can just pass by near the hotel, i immediately found a car when i booked. 2. Quiet and private location - perfect for honeymoon, the pool was covered by this huge mountain/stone hill. we saw a goat just above the hill. For the 2 nights that we stayed, i slept like a baby for 8 hrs straight. I've never had that sleep in a long time. 3. Amenities inside the room - heater next to the shower was very convenient. It rained the afternoon when we tried the pool (they circulate the water in the morning so it's warm and clean even when it's raining). 4. Friendly staff - we were assisted by the staff; they did not know at first that we were on a honeymoon, they saw the flowers that we brought from Sapa, when we checked in after we went around trang an, there were beautiful arrangements inside the room... thank you very much, it was very special. Breakfast were really good! Overall, I would book here again if ever I'd go back to Ninh Binh!

Seemed like everything was built just to look nice in photos but actual construction quality was poor. The pool in the middle was half empty and muddy so didn't look nice. That said, the service was good and nice location. They had bikes you could use for free to ride into town for food & activities.
