AVOID BY ALL MEANS
This was honestly one of the worst accommodation experiences we’ve ever had, take a look on a pictures we provided.
We booked the apartment for three people, which was clearly stated and confirmed in advance. When we arrived on Monday evening around 8 PM, the apartment was not prepared for a third person at all. The sofa was not set up, and there were no sheets, blankets, pillows, pillowcases, duvets or covers available. One of us literally had nowhere to sleep that night, despite the third guest being properly announced.
On top of that, the apartment was extremely dirty. Towels were dirty, damaged and torn, surfaces and floors were filthy, and the bathroom was in very poor condition. Beds, sofa, chairs, pillows and mattresses were in an unacceptable state, with visible stains, including what appeared to be urine stains, on multiple places. It clearly felt like the apartment had not been properly cleaned before our arrival.
Beyond the obvious dirt, the apartment was simply not in a condition suitable for rental — the furniture was heavily worn and damaged, with deep stains and what clearly appeared to be bodily fluids on multiple surfaces.
We tried to contact the property immediately. Through Booking messages we only received automatic replies, and calling the phone number provided in the app mostly led to an answering machine. When we eventually reached someone, communication in English was very difficult and the problem was not understood. After that, calls were either ignored or rejected.
Because of all this, we spent half the night trying to solve the situation and were forced to leave the apartment early the next morning at 7 AM to find another place to stay. We informed Booking and provided evidence right away.
Despite reporting everything on the first day, there was no solution or response for days, even at the moment of writing this review, we still have not received any feedback from either Booking.
