Good base for exploring Luxembourg City if looking for a more cost-effective option.

Easy access, quiet, comfortable, and well equipped.

Although the city center was an easy 20 minute walk from the apartment, it still felt a bit disconnected from the old town.

Un appartement bien pour 3 personnes, mais vraiment pas pour 4, et c'est bien dommage !

Un appartement bien pour 3 personnes, mais vraiment pas pour 4, et c'est bien dommage ! L'appartement est très récent, agréable et bien équipé (en plus de ce qui est indiqué, il y a un lave-vaisselle et les draps sont fournis). Il est bien situé, à ~20 minutes de la gare et ~30 minutes du centre à pied, moins en utilisant les bus/trams gratuits. Le parking en sous-sol est bien pratique, mais à 15 €/jour.

Le problème est l'entretien général. Tout est neuf ou presque, mais... Nous avons rencontré 2 problèmes pendant notre séjour, aucun n'ayant été mentionné par les propriétaires avant notre arrivée. D'une part, le canapé-lit du salon (pour 1 personne) est cassé, inutilisable comme lit. Il a été remplacé par un matelas gonflable qu'il faut regonfler plusieurs fois par nuit ! D'autre part, il y avait une fuite d'eau importante avec le robinet à douchette de l'évier de la cuisine. Il y avait une cuvette dans le meuble pour remédier au problème, mais on ne nous a rien dit et nous ne l'avons donc vidé qu'après avoir vu l'eau couler sur le sol dans la cuisine... Quand il y a un problème, il est essentiel d'en être informé au préalable !!! Autres points plutôt négatifs, il y a 2 chaises hautes et une chaise standard. On ne peut manger à 3 ou 4 autour d'une même table que sur les canapés du salon. La vaisselle n'est pas suffisante, par exemple nous n'avons eu droit qu'à une petite cuiller pour 4 personnes... La salle de bains est accessible en passant par la grande chambre. Un micro-onde, une théière serait aussi bien pratique. Communiquer avec le propriétaire fut difficile jusqu'à la veille de l'arrivée, et très bien après.

Spacieux, lumineux, propre...

Pas d'étagère dans la douche faut tout poser par terre. Pas de prise dans la petite chambre, impossible de brancher un téléphone. Matelas trop durs. Lit mal fixé, fort grincement anormal au point de réveiller. Aucun produit de base, qui va acheter un pot de 250 g de sel pour un séjour de 4 jours ?!?
