A practical and comfortable accommodation, ideal even for a very short overnight stay.

Modern flat with everything you need for your stay. We especially liked the terraces and the peaceful area around the house.

During the week, it can be difficult to find street parking, but the property also offers a garage

Very nice and tidy, clean rooms and kitchen.

It was clean & comfortable, we appreciated the nice coffee (pod machine) & the dishwasher, washing machine & dryer. The cleaner was helpful & friendly, even though she spoke little English & we speak very little French!

Unfortunately we experienced very poor customer service...While it was very comfortable and clean, trying to get in was VERY frustrating (and that's not to mention that we had been riding our bikes all day (50km), so were very tired). Apparently we got the relevant information when we booked (over a month ago), however, looking back at the email, there are NO (working) LINKS to do what you are told to do. We had to beg a neighbour to ring Caroline because for some unknown reason, she either is not on WhatsApp or choses whether or not to answer - somehow she sent a message to us (via WhatsApp), but we could not reply or ring her. We subsequently had to try and help another lady (Maureen) who arrived on our second evening and had EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM - an email with instructions but NO WORKING LINKS to follow the instructions given. After me, my husband & Maureen trying for over an hour, to reach a person to speak to for help, Maureen (who has been working all day and has a broken foot) gave up and had to book accommodation elsewhere. And then we spoke to a young couple who were booked in that night and they also had issues (where they were charged twice). You need to have a good look at your system as well as your customer service. eg Send customers all the relevant details the day before they are arriving; MAKE SURE ALL YOUR LINKS ARE FUNCTIONING AND THAT INCLUDES THE "CHAT" LINK!!! Very disappointing...

Really spic and span newly built place. The rooms are clean and tidy and no expense has been spared in the fittings. The location is very peaceful and a 15 min bus ride into the city.

I reckon it's a new place and the owners are still learning? They helpfully left coffee pods in the room, but there was no sugar(or milkers) to go with it. Given the number of rooms in the place. The Kitchen could use some more mugs, dishes and plates.

Photos on Booking are misleading. I thought i booked a 1 bedroom apartment with access to garden. As it turned, i booked one bedroom with double bed (for two unrelated workers) with no private living or kitchen or terrace which i thought I booked.

House was very beautiful and we liked that here is a garden with table and chairs and quitly around🙂

We didn't see that with us in the same house will be other peoples. It was a big surprise...We thought that advertidement must be more clear...Not enough information about house, it could be with details.

Rooms are big and furniture new. Very close to the central hospital where I had to go

It is a shared flat and I found having issues concerning the use of common places and shared equipments among which the fridge and the kitchen. Quite disappointing

It is a room in a shared flat it means that the pictures are those of the housse and not those of your private Space. In total 4 rooms are proposed in this housse, so no intimacy. It was not presented like that on Booking nor on the official website. If i would have know that I would not have taken that place as price is similar as for an hôtel finally.

Location a bit isolated but we had a car so were able to drive into town

I did not recieve the email with access details but access was easy with one call on arrival

I liked the living room, having a place to cook, the kindness of the manager and the room was also alright and public transportation is easy to where you need to be.

The comfy room is right at the kitchen and despite making it soundproof you still hear kitchen and tv noises (sleeping with earplugs helped). There’s a step from the driveway towards the door that you easily can miss and can injure yourself (I did and almost repeated it 2 times). There was also some construction noise starting at 8 right in front of the house

- Great new house - comfortable beds - really clean and spacious bathroom - easy check-in via keybox and pre communication of how to enter etc.

- Great place if you travel by car because it's outside of the city - neighborhood still under construction
