Komfortowy pobyt w Luksemburgu!

Mieszkanie jest dosyć duże (sypialnia i salon) i bardzo czyste; znajduje się na trzecim piętrze ( w budynku jest winda), a w kuchni są wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty, talerze i sztućce; sofa w salonie jest bardzo wygodna, w nocy jest ciemno i cicho- idealne warunki do spania; z tej samej ulicy odjeżdża bezpłatny autobus do centrum Luksemburga. Przed przyjazdem otrzymałyśmy szczegółowe instrukcje odbioru kluczy do mieszkania- kontakt z właścicielem przez booking. com był bardzo dobry. Nasz pobyt okazał się komfortowy i nie brakowało nam niczego.

Dysfonctionnement de certains appareils (lampe d’entré, reste de matériel de construction dans balcon, et d’autres outils de nettoyage dans les placards…et des insectes dans plafond …) Parking propose dans l’annonce mais le propriétaire le re propose au début de séjour à 15€ par jour , en plus il y a un parking gratuit à 3minutes à pied et n’est pas proposé !

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern. Sie befindet sich in der 3. Etage eines gepflegten, ruhigen Hauses mit Aufzug. Die Fenster und der kleine Balkon gehen nach hinten raus. Jedoch befindet sich direkt hinter einer etwas breiteren Baumreihe die Autobahn. Diese hört man zwar, aber recht gedämpft und nicht allzu störend. Der dazu gemietete Tiefgaragenstellplatz befand sich im 2. Untergeschoss. Die Zufahrt ist für größere Autos etwas eng aber machbar. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Die Couch ist zum Schlafen okay, es wäre jedoch schön getrennte Bettdecken zu haben und nicht nur jeweils eine Große für Bett und Couch. Die Lage nah an der Autobahn ist bei der Anreise von Vorteil und die Bushaltestelle nur ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt. Mit dem kostenlosen Nahverkehr ist man in ca. 15 Minuten problemlos in der Innenstadt. Man sollte Beachten das sich in der Wohngegend fußläufig kein Bäcker, Restaurant oder Supermarkt befindet.

Der Kontakt zur Verwaltung ist nur per E-Mail und schwierig möglich. Es wurde teilweise erst auf nochmalige Nachfrage kurz geantwortet. Auf eine Nachfrage zu einem Check-In eine Stunde früher wurde einfach geantwortet, dass der Check-In ab 15 Uhr ist. Selbst der Parkplatz durfte nicht früher genutzt werden. Man muss erst einen Parkplatz suchen, um in die Wohnung zu kommen und die Fernbedienung für die Tiefgarage zu holen was recht umständlich ist. Im Bad gibt es keine Haken für Handtücher oder Aufhängung fürs Toilettenpapier. Außerdem ist für jeden nur ein Badetuch und ein Gästetuch da und für die Küche muss man bei Bedarf alles selber mitbringen. Eine Mikrowelle hätten wir auch sehr gut gefunden. Schön und gästefreundlich wäre eine Mappe mit allen nützlichen Informationen für die Wohnung und Umgebung. Leider wurde in der Wohnung ein teurer MP3 Player in der Nachttischschublade vergessen. Auf unsere Nachfrage wurde jedoch bisher (30 Stunden nach der Abreise) noch garnicht reagiert und der hätte beim Putzen auf jeden Fall gefunden werden müssen.

Komfortables, großes Appartement in guter Lage - allerdings eher nur für Familien oder Paare

Gute Lage mit direkter Busanbindung in die Stadt. Und am WE findet man auch kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustür.

Die Wohnung ist ja für 4 Erwachsene ausgeschrieben. Allerdings ist das Schlafsofa für 2 Erwachsene, die kein Pärchen sind, etwas unkonfortabel. Und es gab nur 2 grosse Übergrößen Bettdecken und keine 4 einzelnen. Das war für uns als Gruppe von 4 Freundinnen leider nicht ideal. Da wäre es gut, wenn das in der Ausstattungsliste explizit so auch angegeben wird.

Заселення без проблем ( ключі в ящику) Близько до автобусної зупинки. Свіжий ремонт, простора світла квартира.

Плата за паркінг. Підлога грязна в пилюці, постіль абсолютно не поглажена ( як тільки вийнята з сушильної машини), і для третьої людини не підготовлена. На кухні немає необхідних дрібниць ( сіль, цукор, кухонного або паперового рушника ) Було б приємно і випити кави чи чаю , але на жаль капсули для кавомашини і чай не передбачені.

Andere Unterkunft bekommen als gebucht

In der neuen Wohnung gab es eine Tiefgarage im Haus. Einen Fahrstuhl, es war groß und modern.

Wir wurden in einem anderen Apartment untergebracht, weil die gebuchte Wohnung wegen technischer Probleme nicht zur Verfügung stand. Die Info kam erst während der Anreise. Das Zusatzbett/Schlafsofa mussten wir selber beziehen und auch selber nach den Laken und Decken suchen. Zu wenig Handtücher für alle Gäste. Pro Gast hatte ich ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch erwartet.

Faltaba algo de limpieza. El aparcamiento en la zona es muy complicado, hay que coger el parking del apartamento y el precio no está incluido, tendría que estar incluido en el precio del apartamento. Si el aparcamiento hubiera estado incluido tendría un buen precio.

Super séjour, appartement spacieux (mieux en vrai qu’en photo), confortable et propre. Par contre, les toilettes étaient

Le logement était spacieux, confortable et propre. Le quartier est très calme et c’est proche du centre ville du Luxembourg.

Les toilettes étaient bouchées à notre arrivée. Nous avons essayé de contacter le propriétaire mais pas de réponse. Aussi, il manque un micro-onde et un grille-pain serait un plus.
