Adorable Apartment City Center with Parking, Near Tram

Big apartment, clean, beds were enough for 2adults + 2children, everything was available, private parking, Wifi, TV, Kitchen facilities, elevator although the apartment is just in the 2nd floor, washing and drying machines located downstairs Location was perfect, a few minutes’ walk to the city center and to many public transports,

Noisy street at night in the living room even after closing the windows which made it very difficult to sleep in the sofa bed, unlike the bed room which was silent and more comfortable, No fans, challenging in the summer especially after being forced to close the windows for privacy and attempting to reduce the noise,

The location

The amenities such as there is not enough tissue paper, no tissue paper in the kitchen/living room. The towel in the kitchen is only one no extra, there is a coffee machine but no coffee capsules. The manual book needs to be updated. We follow the manual book but the TV doesn't work.

Great location, had everything we needed, including a laundry with washer/dryer/detergents which was very convenient. The beautiful old town was only a short stroll away and so were restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets.

Some sheets and towels were still in washing machine and dryer, respectively, but in the end we found everything. It’s a bit misleading to say parking is including if you don’t mention that you have to pay extra for this. Street parking is pretty impossible to get so we forked out an extra €15 per day for garage parking in the building.

Communicatie: 24 uur voor aankomst zou ik de nodige info krijgen (nadat ik ongerust mailde), maar 24 uur op voorhand ontving ik niets. Om alle info te bekomen moest ik vragen blijven stellen. Waarom niet gelijk alle juiste info meegeven? Slaapkamer: Lattenbodem van bed is stuk (las ik al in eerdere reacties maar er is niets aan veranderd) en lamp heeft een kapotte poot waardoor het gevaarlijk is Badkamer: onpraktisch (geen haakjes voor kleding), piepklein, maar vooral na 2 minuten daalt de temperatuur van het water en is het onprettig om te douchen, sommige lichtpunten werkten niet, de badkamer wordt onvoldoende verlucht waardoor er wat schimmel zit op de voegen en het handdoekenrek begon te roesten
