Konumu tren istasyonuna ve ulaşım noktalarına çok yakındı. WC kâğıdı ve sabun bulunuyordu. Dairede yemek yapmak için tuz bırakılması iyiydi. Yataklar oldukça rahattı.
Duş havlusu, evde birkaç gün kullanmak için kağıt havlu olmalıydı. Banyosunda Duşakabin olmaması olumsuzdu. Sıcak günlerde kullanım için klima veya vantilatör gerekir. Mutfakta yemek yapmak için tavalar oldukça eski ve sağlıksızdı. Evin konumu iyi olmasına rağmen çevresindeki farklı tipte insanlar bizi biraz tedirgin etti.
