Perfect location

It is in a perfect location, very close to a center. The apartment is really spacious. Comfortable beds, but they need renovation. Good kitchen equipment (coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, kettle), easy to use

Very late check in (4pm) and early check out (10 am). To enter the apartment you need to call the host. No replies to messages. It’s already far from luxury. Toiletries were very poor. Shampoo was so little for 3 (send a message about that, it was no answer). No body wash.

Great apartment in excellent location

Very comfortable apartment well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Excellent location on quiet street with tranquil park at rear. All sites & landmarks well within walking distance.

Check-in process was clunky. Details sent to phone by SMS (which we could not access) so several phone calls required with language challenges resulted in delayed entry

Good location and nice quiet apartment. Clean and tidy. Good communication with staff, very helpful too.

They send a text with the entry details, but only the day before so don’t panic if you haven’t heard beforehand. Note that the entry code has a door symbol either side of the numbers that has to be entered as well as the digits.

Where to start? The apartment was smaller than expected, and I'm not sure if that is conveyed in the pictures as there are so many different room options. That's ok though and it could be my mistake for not looking close enough. The check in was a bit odd in that you have to call management rather than them just providing you with the codes to check-in. This would be problematic for example if you don't have international calling/data. I tried messaging management earlier through Booking.com, but it looks like a lot of their messages are auto-generated and they don't necessarily respond. The apartment was pretty cold and we could have used an extra blanket that night. We couldn't find any and it was too late to reach management. I don't think there was a way to turn the heat of the apartment higher either. Most importantly, we booked the apartment because we needed a washer/dryer. After doing the first load of laundry in the evening, the machine door would not open, leaving our wet clothes locked in the machine overnight when we had an early train the next morning (we only stayed 1 night). To management's credit, they were able to send a repair person to unlock the door at 8 am, but this forced us to travel with wet clothes. With all this happening, it's hard to recommend staying here again.

Perfect location, very clean but not very luxurious

Location was great, just a few steps from the tram and easy walk to the centre. Very convenient when you have a toddler that wants a nap halfway through the day. You can easily acces the park for some relaxing.

Comfort of the appartment was less than expected and i would not describe it as luxury. The sofa is a fold out bed, which means you can't really comfortably sit on it when you want to watch a show or have a drink. Lighting in the whole place was terrible, every light seemd a different color and there wasnt a calm evening light option that wasn't bright white, while at the dinner table there was nearly any light. We chose an appartement over a hotel because we travelled with our toddler that goes to bed quite early and we wanted a space we could comfortable hang out in the evening. This wasn't reallly an option because of the uncomfortable couch and horrible lighting. The shower in the bath tub is small. We're not very tall or heavy so it worked. But i woudn't reccoment if you're over 1m80 or about 100kg.

Very frustrating and confusing check-in, but a nice apartment.

The apartment was spacious and well decorated.

The check-in was very difficult. I was given a number to call 30 minutes before my stay, but when I called I got an out of service message. I found another number on the provider’s website, but it was busy or unavailable for 20 minutes. After calling more than two dozen times, I finally got through but was given no direction on how I would be able to get into the apartment. We waited until about 16:00, 30 minutes after check in began for a man to show up with keys. He did not introduce himself or explain anything further, though he did kindly give us more sheets and pillows when we asked.

Overall, we had a great stay. I got to enjoy the bathtub.

I like the decor and all the features of this Luxurious place. It is very beautiful. The staff was easily reachable, and missing beddings and towels were provided to us in a timely manner. I really like the place. It's very close to the train station, and the city. We were able to visit several touristic places without any problems. Luxembourg is a very beautiful country/city. There are free Wi-Fi on the streets, free tram and buses. The place is very beautiful, quiet, and close to restaurants etc.

The place was too small. Only one tiny bedroom. I wish there was more room and the kitchen stove kept turning off when we tried to make some breakfast.

Very comfortable apartments, great hosts communication. A place has all the possible kitchen facilities. Very big TV with Netflix.

I was unfortunate, there were road repairmen's. It was noisy early in the morning even with all windows barred.
