The Queen Luxury Apartments - Villa Vinicia

It’s a nice apartment, even the sofa bed in the living room was comfortable. Simple, but had all what we needed for a weekend stay. The location is perfect, view was nice.

The bath tub is difficult to get in and out, it’s a bit high. It was not a problem for us, might be for people with disabilities.

Good location and space. The apartment was very central so everything was in walking distance. We lucked out with the parking, free on Sundays and in the evening so only really had to find paid parking for one day - which was a 3 minute walk away. Although one was a fold out sofa bed, we found the beds extremely comfortable and got a good couple of nights sleep here.

The flat we had was on -2 floor, but as it is located in the hills, we weren't underground. Which actually was a shame as the rooms still felt a little dark and we would have preferred a flat on the higher floors for more light. We also had a problem with ants coming into the flat, so some issues around the cleanliness of the flat - especially in the kitchen area.

It is in a perfect location, very close to a center. The apartment is really spacious. Comfortable beds, but they need renovation. Good kitchen equipment (coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, kettle), easy to use

Very late check in (4pm) and early check out (10 am). To enter the apartment you need to call the host. No replies to messages. It’s already far from luxury. Toiletries were very poor. Shampoo was so little for 3 (send a message about that, it was no answer). No body wash.

1. Lots of bugs / insects during our stay. Messaged on WhatsApp the host and sent photos. Did not even bother to reply on how to deal with it. My children were so scared and I did not have enough sleep monitoring about it through the night. 2. No reception desk, so no one to deal with any concerns. Not all messages on Whatsapp got reply. 3. No storage facilities. They sent a message about storage facilities in the main train station. 3. Not too important for us, but could be for others: while there is lift, this is not street to unit access. There are a couple of steps up from the streets. From the tram station to the apartment is just about 5 mins walk, but note that it is slightly sloping down: could be relevant for those with bigger suitcases or with walking difficulties. 4. Bathroom - modern bath, but for a short lady like me and my kids, we struggled going onto and out of the bath. Will not be suitable for elderly. No shower option, just the bath.
